Easy to use
Im a driving instructor and I was thinking about getting a card machine. I called a few but found Aaron from NPI so knowledgeable and he put me at ease straight away. To date I've had no issues whatsoever. The card machine is easy to use. I can highly recommend Aaron and the team.

We had a good experience dealing with NPI from start to end. Everything was explained upfront by Tabrez.

From the start of the process I was dealing with Filip Bunea and he explained it all so clearly. Within an hour had paperwork completed and after 4 working days I had card machine and all working well. Highly recommend Filip and this company.
I don't recommend this company!!
I don't recommend this company. They are just a middle man between a UK company called WorldPay, meaning I have to jump between two companies when I need help (something I was not told when signing up). Furthermore, worldpay require you to do compliance tasks and scans on all of your devices every year (again something NPI do not tell you in the sales process). Some questions on compliance are extremely difficult, you would need a degree to answer them and the worldpay support team are very unhelpful. They charge an extra monthly fee if they class you as uncompliant. Also on multiple occasions my cash records on the New Payment Innovation portal have been wrong but correct on my register system, so the records cannot be trusted. Additionally, their system rarely lets me change my password, the reset function just does not work. They told me it does not work at all over the weekend but it is not working again today and its a Friday. Lastly, I have an email from Darren McHugh, my sales person, saying I would only be charged transaction fees if my takings were over €4000 a month, I have never reached this threshold but yet I do get charged transaction fees. Just an honest review of my experience, I will be leaving in July when my contract is up. The only positive is the card machine itself works great.

1ST August 2024 - My Reply To New Payment Innovation's response below.
Dear New Payment Innovation, your reply below is a complete lie!!!! I was NOT advised there was a minimum monthly service charge at any point during my initial discussions with your salesperson or during the final signing up process.
You clearly are unaware or have forgotten that I have an email, which I sent to the salesperson, dated Wednesday, February 28, 2024 9:58 AM outlining the terms I will agree to an initial FREE three month trial. These terms were, there was no machine rental fee, the first €4,000.00 of transactions per month will be commission fee and that I could cancel at anytime without penalty. This salesperson replied to my email on the same day with these words,
"That is correct indeed"
It is clear what you are trying to do now with your reply and that is to come up with some false reason as to why World Pay took money from my bank account without my permission or knowledge.
Your dishonest, misleading and downright lying reply further underlines just what a dishonest, disgraceful, untrustworthy and an unprofessional company New Payment Innovation really are. Rather than keep digging the hole even bigger that New Payment Innovation created for themselves, you should simply be honest and accept that you guys messed up and then lied and lied and lied to try get away with it.
Just to remind you again, that I have everything I agreed to in writing and I can prove in writing, everything I have mentioned in my review. I can always copy and paste this information into my review and put it all in the public domain if you would like to read it? I think any member of the public reading the content of my review will think twice about dealing with and trusting New Payment Innovation. Personally, I would NEVER work with, nor trust your company.
I look forward to your apology for your false and misleading reply to my review.

I signed up to a three month free trial with this company and I totally regret that decision. I communicated through email so I would have all the details of the free trial in writing, which were as follows.
- There would be no terminal machine rental fee for the three month trial period.
- The first €4,000.00 of transactions would be free of commission.
- I can cancel the three month trial anytime during the trial without penalty.
After approximately six weeks I noticed a company called World Pay had taken €15.00 from my bank account. I didn't know who this company was but I found out they are the payment processing partners of New Payment Innovation.
I immediately blocked World Pay from taking anymore money from my bank account and I contacted New Payment Innovation by email. They said they did cancel my account when I requested and they would contact World Pay and get things sorted with them. I never heard back from New Payment Innovation so I sent them a follow up email. I never heard back from them so I sent another email asking for an update and again I heard nothing back from them.
I would STRONGLY advise every business to stay away from this company. Even though I have everything I mentioned above in emails so I can prove what I say, they still ignore these facts. Very unprofessional and absolutely not one to be trusted.
