Here at NOW Travel Insurance Services, we endeavour to make the buying of travel insurance as quick and as stress-free as possible. We believe that travel insurance should be available to as many people as possible. People up to the age of 75 can be covered (70 on Annual policies), all pre-existing medical conditions are considered with many covered free. Over 100 sports and activities are already covered on all of our travel insurance policies with additional activity packs available if required.

Submitted aclaim in June 2022
Submitted a claim in June 2022, still waiting, I’ve emailed them 8 times or more, in August they emailed me to say it would be in bank in 3-5 days, really !!!!! Still nothing.i was told someone woukd phonback, no they didn’t, held on phone to them for an hour, i gave up, hopeless company to deal with in getting hild of them.

The online application was easy, but I made a mistake after paying for the policy. I called the number and a lady immediately corrected my error and emailed me a new Insurance Certificate. I was really impressed with how quickly and easily she did this for me.

Like everyone else saw the high rating but then realised all the 5 star ratings are for how easy it is to buy Now travel insurance. But when it comes to making a claim no one returns your call, you send them all the information they need then email asking for the same documents and each time you email you get a reply that it will take 6 weeks ro reply back. My claim is due ro ankle break on holiday this was the first week of August well we are nearly mid October now. Scam company, don't be fooled by taking insurance with these guys. They take tour money but if you need to make a claim you won't get nowhere.

I HAVE JUST UPDATED WITH CLAIM NUMBER NOW TRAVEL INSURANCE.

Not heard anything
Submitted a claim on 30th August. Was told I would hear within a month from this date. I've emailed for an update, heard nothing. I submitted the estimate for repair/replacement and not heard anything. I've rang numerous times and after waiting in queues I've been told someone will call back and no one does. No communication. Would not recommend at all, not worth it should you actually end up needing to make a claim. Defeats the purpose really, no reassurance. Just one big headache.
