First of all, someone (Sharon) answered the phone immediately: Do you know how rare that is these days?

I had access to all the sales info and pricing up front, and there was an engineer (Frank) that came on the phone for any tech information that was need.

There and then, they went online, checked my house location (via eircode) found the nearest apropriate telephone mast, sent me a map of where the mast is so I could check line of sight, and I was sorted, all in ten minutes.

You see, this is the type of both friendly and professional service that people would pay for without hesitation.

I bought the SD-RP1002-LGW-4P from Sharon in Novatel and installed myself. Sharon was a great help and ensured I had the right product to suit me and my needs. I was getting no phone reception indoors, except for having my phone by the window. The signal by the window was very weak at the best of times.

After installing the SD-RP1002-LGW-4P I have full five bar 4G signal in all but one room which has 4 bars. I went from having 1mbps downloads with my phone by the window, to 30mbps all around the house.

I would highly recommend Novatel and the Stelladoradus products they supply if you have good phone signal outdoors, especially up high near the roof where you will be mounting the outdoor antenna.

I was looking for a repeater for the office and Novatel and especially Sharon Foley could not have been more helpful. Sharon took her time to best understand my requirements and then suggested the best solution for me. Delivery was super fast and backup service is second to none.

The business I work for recently moved premises across town. The area we were moving into was a black spot for phone signals.

At the beginning I was completely unfamiliar with the systems needed to boost a phone signal, PLUS all the red tape that had to be followed.

I spoke with a number of agents about the best setup for us and received many quotes. However, the majority of these suppliers did not provide comreg certified equipment.

Thankfully, the office solution Niamh and Sharon provided for us worked perfectly. We have zero black spots in our office - which is a miracle considering how thick the walls are.

3 weeks later no domestic order arrival.

Worked with Novatel on 2 occasions, one for business and one for personal. Got a full survey & install to get mobile signal in a newly built office with zero signal. Niamh and the team were professional from start to finish and we now have full 4G signal throughout the office. Also purchased a teltonika router & poynting antenna for a home network setup, which increased my rural speeds from 2Mb & 100ms+ latency to 80Mb & 20ms latency. Highly recommend.

Contacted Novatel as I live in the middle of a broadband desert. Barely able to get 2G never mind 4G. Niamh explained all the options available to me and Frank came out and installed a very tidy 4G receiver/ router with a mesh setup. Wife, kids and myself all very happy with WiFi in all rooms.
