I wanted to take the time to put a review info Nover skin. They are on prejudice against African-American. They are making an appointment and cancel your appointment not calling you to ask you. Do you need the appointment and tell you the reason why they getting ready to cancel your appointment they’ll make a date and then they are seeing you a email talking about they cancel your Appointment again the second time and then the third time I had called up there and then we reset the time on the sixth and 13 December and then all of a sudden the girl does on the weekend on Saturday with this brown brownish hair kept counseling my appointment and then I stayed up there from 930 to 10 to see if she had any cancellation or if we and I should know in two minutes, never did say anything or anything kept making up excuses why she needed to cancel my appointment And then the manager there is awful too. She gonna try to tell me that she didn’t think they was discriminating ass oh hell yeah you discriminating because you’re gonna kick me out for someone on the 13th and put them in my place and kick me out of my appointment and I already have paid for it the service but she kicks me out talking about this person already paid that’s discrimination. Hundred percent and then the manager trying to tell me that she know she don’t think they are. I say hell yeah they are because I said it doesn’t matter what your culture is or your Color Our will Black people work here who give a damn like I told her if you are manager, you gonna sit up there and check into the situation and you gonna listen to your person that you want to come there that’s bad business. The person behind the desk is running away to people And like I told her you don’t know nobody because you don’t live with them we don’t know nobody and it doesn’t matter your color or race you wait on anybody and you don’t cancel them this cause they haven’t paid yet. It ain’t time you hadn’t did the service and I just told him I want a refund because it’s discrimination. Why would you kick me out just because I made appointment and I already had Didn’t pay for that appointment but I paid for the next appointment and she still kept canceling my dates and stuff and she was doing it on purpose and that’s prejudice discrimination and I’m a tell anybody that’s African-American. Do not go there at all. You’re not gonna get no good service. They gonna keep canceling you kicking you out because they wanna put some money in there? That’s already paid. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t paid business is business They awful. The manager is awful too cause she don’t even know what the hell she talking about. she thinks she know the people like I told her you don’t live with him. You don’t know nobody. You never know nobody in this life that’s common sense. Do not go there to nova skin. Tell anybody any culture if you feel that they is not treating you right do not go there and I’m telling people for the record do not go there.

I sadly also fell for this scam. Do not use this site as it is a fake. Ordered in June and have not received. Annoyed at myself for falling for this but hopefully I can help stop you doing the same.

Scam! I have contacted them through their website and ig because it has been 3 months since my sis ordered from them and she hasn’t gotten a tracking number or the product she ordered. They did respond and asked for an order number and then said it was shipped August 8th. I said no it hasn’t because she hasn’t received a tracking number or any product . Then they blocked me. Read the reviews before buying anything people are so quick to take your money.

Sadly, I have also fallen for this scam.

Absolutely raging at myself for using this website now I've read reviews! I placed an order beginning of august, still haven't received anything. Have sent multiple emails to the company and they've never replied. I can't even find the webpage now, I could actually cry! I've only lost £14.99 but it's still no the point! I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I placed an order for lashes on 21st July, I waited for the amount of time given (processing time and delivery time). Still no order!! I have messaged the "company" over and over with no reply. It's the first time I've bought something from a Facebook ad, well never again!!!! Absolute scammers!!! I'm usually really good with spotting the real and fake, but the comments on FB where all good, so I went with it. Has definitely put me off FB ads now. 100% avoid!!

This website is a complete scam. Ordered the eyelashes on the 23rd of July & respected their delivery policy meant it could take upto 50 days. Well that came and went so I emailed them but had no reply. I just tried to look on their website to see if there were any other ways to contact them and the website seems to have been deleted!!! I thought I had paid by PayPal but turns out I used my debit card but I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to get them to charge it back!
Please please please do not buy from these scammers as you will just be wasting your time!!!

This website is a scam. I ordered a uv led lamp and a polygel kit on 20th august. I never received my order I emailed time and time again and never got a response. I then tried the contact us on the website and also didn’t get a reply on there. I tried to look yesterday and today about the item and the website had been deleted. Because of this I phoned my bank and they gave me a full refund and are now doing a full investigation into the website.

I paid for eye lashes in june and still havent recieved them, I have emailed many times and filled out a contract us form still nothing. Please please dont waste your money there are plenty of legitimate companies out there

Absolutely fuming! Bought a pore vacuum on the 21st August. Got the order number emailed, it never turned up... emailed them... no reply and now the website is gone!

Ordered a magnetic lash kit back in August for £14.99 (not exactly a lot of money but that is not the point) I emailed a few days ago to find out what was happening and received no response. Now the entire site has disappeared. I guess there’s no way to get our money back. Sorry to everyone that got scammed like my sister and me 😔
