Good customer support service

My wife and I easily made enough money to afford our apartment, but because we had been paid in GBP and not USD, Nova Credit counted our income as zero. Further, I showed Nova Credit near perfect credit and a bank account with enough liquid USD to cover my rent until I’m dead from old age and they still require a co-signer. What an absolute joke of financial services company.

The experience was great due to their representative Kasey providing step by step instructions in order to complete the income verification. The website is a bit clunky but was able to get it done.

This was used when I applied for my apartment. I did not mind linking my bank accounts as I am self employed. It was really easier than all the writing you used to have to do for credit approvals.

Nova Credit asked my son for my bank login information. My son is a doctor. Clearly, they are phishers. If you provided them with your bank login information, change your password, then close your bank account. When banks start losing enough customers, these scammers will get shut down.

Nova has a grade of F on BBB. So I am suppose to trust a company with an F rating on BBB, a 2.1 on this site, and just hand over my sign-in information from my bank, which the bank, BTW, told me to NEVER DO! The link takes you to a website that states that they SAVE your information. Why are you saving people's bank sign-in information?

Also, they don't tell you, but there is supposedly a way to UPLOAD your paystub into the site, but they don't offer that upfront.

At first, I didn't have a good feeling about Nova Credit. But that quickly changed, After I reaches out to staff for clarification.
I gained a Deeper understanding of the process. System is quick, secure and able to help any situation.

The fact that Nova Credit requires a person to login to bank accounts on their website for income verification is ridiculous, especially when other "secure" sites such as Equifax, have been hacked in the past. Nova Credit wants consumers to "trust" in their system but the risk is not worth the benefit. Recently, I refused to use Nova Credit for income verification so just took my business somewhere else. So glad I did!

I am a guarantor on my son's new apartment (Arvella) application in Miami. The apartment requires that you use Nova Credit who requires that you give them both your login and password to your bank account to verify income. (AND they have indemnification "fine print" language that protects them and the apartment place if your data is accessed inappropriately.) Their website says they offer alternative ways for them to check your income but the apartment says the only way is to give your bank account information and the Nova Credit link they send (over and over with high pressure language to give your bank information or lose the apartment) doesn't show how to do alternatives to this. You can't call and get anyone on the phone at Nova Credit. This process is so sketchy.

So now they have a computer snooping around into our bank accounts and job portals so that we can get a lease to PAY THEM and they can feel secure we can afford it. Wtf happened to privacy. Nova credit and things like it are steps way to far. We don't get to fully know if the place we are moving into is "good' but they get to snake themselves into our accounts "to be sure". WHAT WILL BE NEXT??? They don't want paystubs, explanations of things, nothing...just a nerdy ass number crunching computer. Are we still humans??? NEVER a late payment from me for rent and no evictions, but this shi*** a** "process" is what we have now??? You shouldn't have to connect your PERSONAL accounts. People, this isn't about verification, it's about permanent having access to ALL YOUR BUSINESS and fraud and hacking will follow. SO WHAT you let someone into an apartment and you had to do an eviction...first of all you're still making money with your overpriced rent. Second, THIS WONT STOP PEOPLE FROM HAVING HARD TIMES. This is a sign that the society is in MAJOR DECLINE. Accept a GD paystub and move tf on you greedy slimy overdoing it nerds.
