Young salesman on his phone with his other salesman mate. £50,000 in our pocket ready to buy a car today and he couldn’t be bothered showing us through the used cars or the new cars in the show room. So, we drove away, and will buy a car today from someone else! Not impressed and needs a good talking to.

Over the past few months spent…
Over the past few months spent searching for a replacement car I have found that not all dealers tell you the complete story about what they are selling. On going on Green Flag vehicle check the information given sometimes does not add up to what the dealer is saying.
Norton Way Group Mazda is one car dealer that gives spot on accurate information of what they are selling.
Not only that but the salesman Josh went out of his way to be helpful and provide an excellent customer service with no hassle or hard sell.
Anyone thinking of buying a new or used car should look up Norton Way Mazda and they won’t be disappointed.

Buying a Mazda MX30REV
I found dealing with Donald very straightforward, paperwork was dealt with in an efficient manner on the first visit.
The hand over was very informative and well presented I drove away feeling very confident.

Very rude sales lady who deliberately…
Very rude sales lady who deliberately ignored me waiting and snapped she was serving ‘a customer’ who had just walked in. I had phoned the day before and arranged my visit to sort out a key that wasn’t working after recently buying a car there. Luckily a very pleasant young man attended to me, I think a reminder that aftercare is as important as sales is in order. I will avoid next time and take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service. About two weeks after (used) car purchase, the vehicle had an engine/ belt problem which was sorted and the belt was replaced (without quibble) within a couple of hours. Technician Ed was very helpful and professional as was the reception team.

dangerously over inflated tyres
I have been driving 1200 miles with my tyres at 50 psi!
Dangerously overinflated.
I am not confident that my new car has had all of the safety adjustments required pre delivery. I’m not happy.

Not Good
This company seems very good in helping but once they've got your money, the aftercare is non existent. I didn't even get a call asking how the vehicle was running but I suppose there were so many issues that I had anyway. They use to be really good but I will hesitate to go back to them in the future
