They're simply good at this job!
I went to Chiswick Honda with my 2 years old Jazz Crosstar for the annual inspection and I left with a new CR-V Hybrid. I'm still recovering, as I have no idea how this happened.

New car order
We got the car we ordered with much help and advice from Yusuf.
But the delivery date was later than we hoped and rather close to setting off abroad with it. Also, the reception desk was unmanned on the occasions we visited so we had to wait until Yusuf came and found us.

A good experience.
Aryan joined us for the test drive, answered our questions, managed the sale, and kept us informed of the delivery date. From placing the order to taking delivery took four months; it was reassuring that we were dealing the same person throughout this period.

Unprofessional and False Information.
Never again with Chiswick Honda for sure.
They first delayed my Handover until late evening.
They didn't get the addon done at the time of Handover.
No preparation of paperwork.
Broken Windscreen and no ETA when they going to change it.
It's been 3 weeks now and I am still struggling to get hold of the Chiswick Honda Sales guys to resolve my issue.
I will file an official complaint against the dealership and will go to any extent to get my issue fixed.

A huge thank you to Adrian Pacek and Geanina Tivadar from Honda in Chiswick (Norton Way). Despite not purchasing a car due to other factors, our experience when dealing with them both was so very positive. They were open, friendly and extremely professional. A huge credit to both Honda and themselves. We certainly hope to be in a position to meet again should our purchasing situation change. Highly recommend any potential customers to consider buying a vehicle from this dealership.
