After an understandable and unavoidable delay due to Brexit, my initial order was received in a damaged state, even though very well packaged, as it had been in transit for over 2 months, which was noted by the courier.
To my delight, and without any further intervention I received a replacement order 2 weeks later in a very timely manner, and all in perfect condition.
Customer support , without prompt, followed through in their company's commitment to provide a quality product and service.
I would highly recommend this company.

A couple of years ago I read a lot of stories of people breaking into houses via conservatory doors by "snapping" the locks.
After some enquiries I asked Northwest Hardware who fitted Ultion locks to my UPVC doors. Last weekend someone tried to break in to my house using a blow torch to melt the lock surround on the conservatory. Despite burning a hole in the door they were unable to break the lock and gave up.
These locks prevented the thieves from getting in and I will definitely have them fitted again.

Cannot praise the staff at both the branches enough. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and always go above and beyond when I have an enquiry on the items I need. Would highly recommend Northwest Hardware to anyone looking for uPVC spares.

Absolutely shocking experience. Had to get PayPal involved when I hadn't heard a thing after two weeks after ordering. They then asked me a few random questions, things that were never mentioned when ordering, and then again silence. PayPal refunded me after they got no response.
Shop elsewhere.

There is no mention at all that further information is reguired on your website when you order this part, I assumed you got the full set with multiple lengths. Why does it not mention backing up the order with a phone call to state required lengths so that the order can be processed, there is no clue that needs to be done.
I ordered on the 14th and I then emailed you on the 18th to request information as I had heard nothing, you did not email me on the 18th in reply, I just double checked. I then sent you a message through your Facebook account a couple of days later. No response.
So I then took it up with PayPal who obviously believed my evidence as I got my money back.
The point is its two weeks after I ordered and I don't have the parts, that speaks for itself.

I ordered something yesterday and it's arrived this morning. Will be using you more often when ordering.

Their website says the handle I bought is compatible with the old everest one. It is not it does not fit. They refuse to refund saying the website does not say it is compatible Tried all ways to fit. Ran over their apparent 14 day return policy £35 down the drain

I've had several issues with these paople, three times missold the wrong part then told it my fault. Staff are apparently freindly and helpful, as long as they get your money, them your on your own. All you get is "Yes,yes,yes, this is the exact part you need, guarenteed" then your left out of pocket because you shouldn't have ordered it if you didn't want it. I wouldn't mind, but they are one of the more expensive suppliers.

I purchased Maco shootbolts for a conservatory door from North West Hardware. The products arrived promptly by Fedex delivery, are of high quality, are easy to fit and did the job. Thank you!

Ordered a pair of hinges, one came without fitting screws, the excuse was they don't come with screws and must be a supplier mistake. However the picture on their website clearly shows the screws, and when I drew their attention to this, the reply is you had the last of the hinges and we won't be getting anymore, even though they are still advertising them.

I had been on line on and off looking to replace a MACO door lock that was playing up and had contacted some of the main sites but without success. I saw Northwest & sent an email over xmas & was very surprised to get a response during the holiday. They advised me what I could use to replace it and mentioned they may have some in their obsolete stock and let me know. In the meantime I ordered the replacement which I fitted but it wasn't a split spindle due to my error with the number. They were very helpful and found me the obsolete replacement which I have now ordered. I am very impressed with their customer service & their intimate knowledge of the products. Highly recommended.

Generally Good Prices, Dont rely on free next day service to be next day as it wont be when you need it to be! Items well packaged for delivery, in fact so well wrapped that you have to spend time butchering open wrapping to check items for type and colour, then you have to re-pack then for your own storage. If the items were labelled externally they could have remained in wrap! Next day by TNT is a waste of space, Duffels used to use them too, they dont now!

Avoid at all costs. Completely mis-sold on a set on window handles despite emailing prior to purchase to confirm the specifics of the item. Was then expected to buy an additional item and pay the absurd £8.50 delivery fee again. Provided evidence of prior emails clearly showing the item not as described but completly refused to acknowledge them. Shambles from start to finish.

Great prices, and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Would definitely use them again.
