Right from the start of our quest for a decent storage area for our village hall the team at Nordic patiently answered our questions and we overcame what could have been a difficult access problem( across the churchyard). They took it all in their stride and a few photos solved our problem. Price is great when the size of timbers used ( compared to other suppliers) is factored in. We wanted to have an internal sliding door rather than the planned model and Steve and the team designed and framed it for us to fit with little fuss. Unfortunately we had problems with the foundation not being satisfactory when it came to erection date but all taken in their stride Steve worked with us to re-arrange at a later date. Shed all up and admired by others in the village. Finding a company who are so customer orientated and quality guided is rare in this day and age. We will not hesitate to recommend the Nordic team ( including the guys who put up the 12ft x 10ft pent shed in about 2 hours in sub zero temperatures) every time

Am fully recommending this business for many reasons. When you shop around the different companies, you can easily be lured in by cheaper sheds, but the saying is true, you get what you pay for, always. About 10 years ago we bought a 20 x 16 ft shed from this company, a sturdy quality made structure. We recently moved house and I was sorry to leave the shed behind. Knowing how good the last shed was, we had an initial shop around, but could still see that this company had the same values about quality materials and service, so we bought two more sheds from them for our new home. Two 20 x 10 ft sheds that are just as good a quality of material and build. As well as buying from a company who show integrity in their business, we now have two well made structures that we know will last a very long time. Steve in the office was amazing at organising changes to which side the doors would go, and fitting in installation dates with us. The floor plan was discussed so we knew how to get the right bases in place, and he made everything simple and straight forward for us. Mac and Voz were the installers and we want to take our hats off to two really hard working people who clearly love their jobs. They went above and beyond to make sure the two installations went well and smoothly, and we can't thank them enough. Based up country from us, Mac and Voz arrived nice and early, unloaded quietly, and worked hard. They finished in no time and cleared away after themselves. They also gave really good advice about aftercare for the sheds to us, which we appreciated. The sheds are important buildings for us, and we now have two sheds which will stand the test of time, because they are made from quality timbers, designed well, and are installed professionally. If you want a shed to last, then this is the right company!

I placed a order with this company for a 15x10 ft log lap shed. ,The shed was built and installed on the 4th Nov ``24..
I had requested several updated fittings to the original design,rubber roof,double front doors,better thickness log lap etc. Even though I did have a slight problem with the doors,,,the simple door fittings I purchased myself, cured the problem. Steve did agree to refund the cost of these items,,which he did. Thanks Steve, but it really wasn't necessary. Because the shed quality is absolutely superb. It really looks fantastic in my rear garden. Friends and neighbours are quite envious. It really looks more like a log cabin than a shed. Thanks to all at Nordic,especially Steve, who handled my order so professionally and the fitters,who were very polite,professional and helpful. Mrs say`s she hoped you enjoyed the bacon and egg toasties. .

Fantastic service and product . Had to book ahead : 4 months for install . Worth the wait . Friendly and helpful. Will be using you again.

Very inconsiderate company
Started banging and drilling 645am in the morning. In Cleveleys Blackpool
Construction work starting that early is a offence and this will be taken further I have the cctv with sound

The fitters Makro & Mike came at 7am and left at 10:45am and did a top job on the fitting.
I already have a neighbour who wants something similar so will defo steer them Nordic’s way.

1st class service from start to finish. Fantastic 10 x 8 pent shed.

Steve listened to our requirement’s making the order process seamless.

Communication throughout meant no worries.

DELIVERY DAY, well what can we say.. started the day with a phone call from Steve to confirm where the guys where and and what time they would be with us approximately. They arrived within 15 minutes of the estimated time, with London traffic that’s amazing!

Craig x 2 & Nathan.. An absolute pleasure to meet and welcome into our home. They didn’t stop working from the minute they arrived. No question’s too much trouble or left unanswered. They are exemplary staff for your business. Very proud of the product they are working with and they made sure throughout the installation that we were happy.

I hope they arrived home safely. As a shift worker myself I can appreciate a regular 3am alarm call. These guys have incredibly long early morning commutes, then plenty of manual labour delivered alongside excellent customer service followed by the long commute back.

We will be recommending your company and product but most of all the staff.

These buildings may look a bit on the expensive side compared to others, but when you read the specifications you can see why. When you receive the real thing you immediately know it was a good decision. Very well built, solid materials, thicker than you get elsewhere and all pressure treated. All of it is well made and the installers really know what they are doing. Steve, the man who takes the orders and makes all the arrangements is extremely professional, and it is great to hear the installers speak highly of the company owner, Mick. All round a really good company and a pleasure to buy from.

It can be a bit of a gamble buying things like this on the internet - not being able to physically look around and actually touch the goods...however...the process all the way along was superb; a clear website, plain language and helpful people in the office.

The shed we selected was very good quality and really solid.

The installation process was very good - three fitters turned up and completed a superb job; it was a neat finish, and the site was left tidy.

The service we received from Nordic was very professional from start to finish; from timely quoting, to good advice and the installation itself.

The two installers worked extremely hard on a very hot day and didn’t let up until the job was done - they worked like Trojan horses to see that a good job was done and we were left happy.

The Nordic Team carefully considered our design and it was quite frankly overwhelming to see our wishes realised; needless to say we are thrilled with our new addition! .

Can't fault anything about this company, from agreeing a specification for our bespoke 2 sheds, tailoring the build, offering sound advice, a reasonable cost, excellent installers and really easy to contact.
They did a great job for us and we will use them again

We have just had 18 x 8 shed installed today, we are very pleased with the quality of the shed the guys worked quickly and efficiently even though the weather wasn’t great.

Great customer service from beginning to end.
Purchasing a summerhouse and having it installed could be quite daunting, however, I needn’t have worried as the team at Nordic Timber were easy to deal with from the start made even better by the install team who were polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing a summerhouse or garden building.

What a fab company to deal with, the sheds are really well made and such good value and the team that came to deliver and erect (Craig, Terry & Mack) were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, I cannot recommend this Company highly enough!!

I have just had my building installed in the pouring rain and the installation team were fantastic!

The team turned up when they said, despite the awful weather, installed the building and were incredibly professional and all of them were happy and helpful.

Great service from start to finish, ordering with Steve was very helpful and informative and gave great advice, the installation was fast and efficient. Everything went smoothly and happened when they said it would.

5 star service and a very good company to deal with in my experience.

We have used Nordic twice now, on both occasions the service has been excellent. The installation guys were speedy, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Good to deal with over the phone (Steve) shed arrived on time as requested.
However, they did not use any adhesive on the felt, which was on the order, and cost another £60.
They were then 'economical with the truth'and said the adhesive was used but applied an inch back from felt lap. It definitely wasn't.
The workmanship on the shed is pretty shoddy, water is leaking into the shed in many places, literally dripping on the floor. The floor is so uneven you can trip up.
To conclude I was very disapointed by the dishonesty and poor workmanship of installation/construction team.

Excellent product. Opted for the extra thick walls and heavy duty roof. Delivered on the agreed date. The team who erected it were very professional and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend. Very pleased with the quality and price.

After searching around for a new outbuilding to move my office into I found Nordic Timber Buildings. As I couldn't find the size I wanted I called and spoke to Steve who was more than helpful with my request for bespoke dimensions, they also installed a membrane at a reasonable cost.
I was sent several images of similar building so I had a clear idea of what mine would look like, which was great.
On the installation day I was kept upto date with the teams arrival time and when they arrived they were very polite. They had the building up in no time and left the area as they found it.
My nosey neighbours have already asked where I got the building from as they are impressed with the quality.
I'll certainly use Nordic Timber again, when I have the need. Amazing service and product.

I had my Summer House fitted on 20th October (during Storm Babet) the 3 lads did not stop during the wind and the rain they worked tireless to have it up within 3 hours of arriving. I cannot praise Craig, Vaughan and Nathan enough they were polite and pleasant people with impeccable manners. The 3 worked really well as a team each of them new their jobs so no standing around chatting. Steve in the office was so helpful with any questions I had and is such a professional which made the purchase and erection stress free.

The quality of the Timber is fantastic along with the PVC windows and doors I know there is a wait but this is obviously because the company is in demand which speaks volumes.

I cannot recommend this firm enough if I could give these guys 10 stars I would.
