I agree with experience where they say it’s poor quality product similar to Temu with big price label.
I have been back and forth with return email for last one week with offers to get partial refund or 125% credit when I am very clear to return the produce with refund from fist email. Just waste of time!

I have never faced such a bad and difficult return process before .

I will never buy or suggest to buy from them again.

This company makes returning items impossible!!!

I am still going back and forth through emails 3 weeks aftrer requesting a return. I paide $43 to return my coat to the address on the original packaging and I am still getting put through the ringer!

They did not give me the okay to return my coat, they cannot find the tracking number, they offered me other deals besides returning the coat. This place is a scam.! Not only did I buy a $100 coat that was crap but now I wasted $43 on a return. And I will never get my money back.

I do not reccomend you buy clothing from this store. Returning it is impossible.

Ordered two cloth baskets to hold my granddaughter's toys which I keep at my house. Very pleased with them and may order more if I buy her more toys.

I ordered the 5 piece pajama set and the patchwork dress a while back as a gift to my wife. After about a week after ordering it say it has shipped and I get a SDH tracking number. The sdh tracking follows it to the Passover point to usps. I was never given another tracking number and the updates stopped at that point. Then just today I get an email at 11am saying that my package was delivered, but it says it was delivered three days ago but I’m only just now getting the notification, furthermore there was no package delivered. I have corresponded with my neighbors and the post office. My neighbors say they didn’t receive it by mistake and the post office says there is no package on their manifests for me or my address for the last 4 weeks. Be weary of Nordic peace. It very well could be a scam. They give timestamps for being out for delivery at 610am that day but the post master says that the postman doesn’t clock in till 730am. At this point I believe I have paid over 100 dollars to be led on for almost a month and then never receive what I paid for.

I agree with other reviews in relation to the long delivery time.
Slippers have been really comfy but before I had even had them for three months they have fallen apart and are no longer wearable. I thought for the price point they would last longer.
Sadly I am really disappointed in the quality.

Courier claimed to deliver - just dumped the parcel in the communal stair. It was stolen and I never received the item. Nordic Peace shrugged their shoulders - said I could reorder at a discount - as if I want to pay more and probably not receive it again! Absolute joke. No responsibility taken and courier impossible to communicate with. Avoid at all costs. They robbed my and take no accountability.

The gold of this flatware is a very pretty tone and the quality looks high. They are a bit on the delicate, slender side but that suits me.I'm very pleased with them and also the packing and delivery were well done.

They are the best slippers I have ever had ,they feel good they look good and so comfortable,and the team at Nordic Peace assisted me with every thing and made sure I knew when my parcel was arriving so thank you so much and I am sure I will be buying from you again

First purchase - a beautiful coat - the cost of which I could not believe and that was the price before sale which I was lucky enough to get. Also, very quick delivery.

Wish I’d checked these reviews before purchasing. Fell for the marketing and ordered a gorgeous checked pink ‘oversized’ coat waited weeks for delivery, finally arrived yesterday and it’s and just awful. Terrible scratchy cheap material and the sleeves are far too short so the overall fit is so poor. Now I have to go through the pain of sending back to the USA out of my own pocket! So disappointed

The worst company to deal with. The coat is not oversized and the arms are incredibly short. Oh and by the way the coat gets shipped from China so they are basically a “Canadian” company that sources all of their stuff from China and then sells it at an incredibly inflated price. I initially contacted them about returning the item and they were timely in their response, but when I said I didn’t want store credit instead I would like to send the coat back and receive a refund they ghosted me, I could not get a response from them so I went through my credit card. It was only then that they finally responded over a week later when they found out my credit card was dealing with it and doing a charge back. They sent me an address to send the coat back and I sent it on my own money and got my credit card to cancel the charge back. They said they would refund me when the charge back was cancelled and they received the cost back. Over the next few weeks they kept putting it off claiming the charge back was not cancelled so they couldn’t refund me when my credit card sent me proof it was cancelled a long time ago. I then decided to put in another dispute through my credit card and have never heard back from the company or have been refunded. I wish I would’ve done my research on this company before ordering. You can find reviews from trustpilot and other sites warning against this company. Please do not order from here.

First of all I was ghosted as per my email. I wrote saying I would like to return it on Jan 8/26. I got a timely response asking if I would like store credit or to return it (which I already stated I wanted to return it). I replied on Jan 9/26 stating I would like to return it and to please give me the address to return it to. I did not hear from them until Jan 15/26 after I had sent another email requesting the address to return and then not hearing back I then disputed the charge with my credit card. It was ONLY after that dispute was put in that I heard back from them. I was willing to wait for the refund until the chargeback was cancelled and I did indeed wait. In fact I waited weeks. My bank repeatedly checked and it was cancelled on my end. They had timely communication with me when I responded to check the status, but I never received a refund. My bank looked into it and on my end everything was clear and the chargeback was canceled and they said whatever was happening was on their end. Some more back and forth happened and then I gave up and stopped emailing them for status updates and never received the refund or heard back from them so then I had to go through my credit card again to deal with it.

After several emails to Nordic Peace, a full refund was issued due to unsatisfied of the product. Thank you the refund is appreciated!!

Update: I'd like to give kudos to the company for good customer service. I raised my complaint with them and did receive immediate feedback and refund was processed very quickly. So I increased my review to a 2. However I can only review the product which I still am quite concerned about the lack of information regarding materials etc., so I would personally still be wary until this is rectified.

Received my slippers this morning. There is such an intense smell of cheap chemicals off them. Also to note, there is NO Label to state what kind of material these slippers are made out of, composition details etc which I'm sure is against legislation in multiple countries.
There is no branding at all on the slippers and it's so clear these are drop shipped items sold for 3x the price. Honestly disgusted with the quality of items I received

Also to add, the slippers I ordered came dirty. They had clearly been worn before, I assume by a different customer that returned them as the sole of the slippers had dirt in them which is completely unacceptable.. awaiting response to my email for refund

People got back to you right away.it took too long to ship

These are clothing items that are mass produced overseas and then passed off as a small business. They feel they are upfront about this according to their responses, but the customers are surprised so something is obviously wrong with their messaging.
My order has low quality sewing and material, damage to the lace, and sloppily cut out size tags. They also do not follow FTC laws regarding including a tag or print on the material that includes material content, country of origin, and manufacturing code. When i
I pointed this out their response was they are trying to trying to reduce their carbon footprint so they are forgoing the law on tags--yet are asking me to ship back the damaged items to them at my cost.

Ordered placed on 05/02/2025 and advertised as a valentines gift.
Still not arrived. Sent 3 emails to the support email provided on the website, and not had one reply.

Do not buy from this store.
