I have an account and have not been able to access it or withdraw any money and would appreciate a number or email to get in contact with in order to resolve this issue

It's a pain to withdraw money...

There is so many ways to withdraw money from the platform, but no normal one. I tried Binance Pay which seemed to be the only reasonable option and my request has been rejected because I apparently put in wrong number. I contacted the finance support team and they didn't get back to me in a week...I've sent a follow up email asking for help and they told me that my request has been rejected.

Also, you can't even create a proper password as it doesn't allow you to use any kind of symbols other that letters and numbers.

NordFx affiliate partner program is best in terms of withdrawals of IB commission IB rates are also good in proportion to the spread they charge from traders. NordFx does not put any restrictions for withdrawals of IB commission as I am allowed to withdraw IB commission on daily basis. There is no holding time

I am compelled to share a cautionary tale about my recent experience with NordFX, particularly concerning my account number 1638720. On February 1, 2024, I was informed of the unexpected closure of my account due to what was cited as violations of contractual terms. This action prompted me to closely examine the dealings and led me to some concerning discoveries.

My review revealed a disturbing discrepancy: while I had accrued a profit of $19,886.15, a staggering $36,049.88 was withheld by NordFX. It's essential to underline that while I am open to the correction of any profit obtained in breach of the rules, the deduction from my account also impacted my invested capital, a scenario I find deeply unfair and unjust.

The heart of the matter lies in the treatment of my trades. If there were rule violations, they should equally apply to both profitable and non-profitable trades. The logical course would be to assess the Net Profit (total profits minus losses) when making any account adjustments, ensuring balanced and impartial application of their policies.

Despite my attempts to seek clarity and resolution through multiple emails, my appeals have met with silence, raising serious concerns about transparency and client treatment at NordFX.

In light of these events, I urge the community to approach NordFX with caution. My experience underscores the need for vigilance and due diligence when selecting a broker. It is a stark reminder that your investments and trading efforts could be subjected to decisions that may not always appear fair or transparent.

I hope my experience serves as a critical reminder to all traders and investors: the importance of thoroughly vetting a brokerage, understanding the terms of engagement fully, and remaining alert to any changes in account handling or policy enforcement.

Myself Asbab Hussian holding a Real Affiliate and Trading Account No. 1313819 with NordFx since last 12 years. Never Faced any issues in Deposit and Withdrawal.

I can see here few fake review against NordFx just to defame this broker without facts means reviewer has not posted any account number which at least prooves some genuinity of their review.

It seems that such fake reviews are posted without facts that is without any account number etc.

But NordFx dont give No deposit bonus so I am disappointed with NordFx.

NordFx must start No Deposit Bonus which they use to give in early years 2012-2013
