I have emailed them and FACEBOOK message them and no reply

This company is a fraud. I paid the extra fee to expedite a dress and it took more than 2 weeks to arrive. The dress they advertised online is not the same on what they deliver. Beware ordering from them! They will not refund, if you want to return.

Don’t waste your money on this website. The products they sell are scams. I ordered a dress and what I got is nothing compared to what they advertised. I lost my money, they don’t want to not refund me my money back.

La calidad pésima, el tallaje no es correcto y cuando decides hacer una devolución te marean diciéndote que te va costar más el envío que la ropa mala que te han mandado.

Son unos sinvergüenzas.

My order came in a large size when I wanted to get medium size and I paid so much money and my heels came with yellow tape everywhere on it

Don’t buy here. The itens comes from Aliexpress and bad quality is not like the picture and they don’t refund you. Big SH!T

This is a classic scam, the dress I purchased was the cheapest knock off you could imagine and didn't fit. I'm now 3 weeks into a back and forth with "Wendy Chung" ie a robot refusing to give any returns information, insisting its too expensive for me and I can get a 15% refund, I've now got up to 30% but its taken a week.
I've reported them in Instagram however i doubt it will change anything. Good luck if you didn't check the reviews before like me :/

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. I received a dress I liked for a wedding. For it to be miles to long on sleeves, chest and shoulders. Plus a white zip running down the side of the forest green dress. All I am getting back from this Wendy Chung person is to not return it, to go to a tailors. Or they can give me 15% off a next purchase.
If I do send it back it's a heavy shipping cost which I will have to pay for.
And at the end said 'please keep the item as that is more helpful'
Well not to me!!! I want my £25 back!
And the item takes weeks to arrive.
Everyone needs to be aware of this scam site.

This company is a complete SCAM!!!! Do not purchase. They provide fake pictures from other websites and try to imitate the look of the dresses. The quality and look of the dresses received is nothing like the pictures. And then they refuse to allow you to return the items or get any refund. The company is in China and they are SCAMMERS!! Disputing the charge with my bank! See the Youtube video about their website. Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence before making the order.

J'ai acheté une robe qui présente un défaut (couture décousue donc trou au niveau de la fermeture) comme indiqué "5. Si, pour des raisons de notre part, les marchandises reçues sont endommagées ou non correctes, le consommateur n'est pas tenu de supporter les frais d'expédition pour cette raison."
Cependant ils tentent de négocier un remboursement de 20, 30 40%...

Absolutely terrible. The quality is not at all what they advertise. Wendy Chung with their costumer service department is awful and just asks you questions that don’t help at all and she does this trying to avoid returning an item for you. Do not shop here!! I still haven’t received any help with returning my item.

Worst on-line experience ever! What you see on the photos isn’t What you get. You see beautiful dresses that turn out to be Transparent fabric, awful quality, totally printed. Worst than i could ever imagine. The dresses had such a thin fabric that it ripped off as soon as My daughter closed the zipper. Don’t order! You Will get so disappointed.

i ordered a L and it was terrible quality. the slit on the dress was at the front ( showing everything ) as the underlining was about vest length.

they dont provide returns unless you pay for it ( which is more than the price of the product itself) im currently trying to dispute this with paypal however it seems this company are very well rehursed on the process and how to get away with it.

No lo recomiendo, tarda bastante el envío y el producto al final es de mala calidad, pero el motivo real de mi inconformidad es su proceso de devolución y reembolso, nunca pude llegar a un acuerdo con ellos (ofrecen cupones como si me quedaran ganas de volverles a comprar), y ya no se confíen si la compra la realizan por Paypal que actualmente es lo mismo que nada, levanté mi reclamo con ellos y se pusieron a favor del vendedor a pesar de toda la evidencia que proporcioné, incluso envié el producto de vuelta pero como no les ha llegado (ahora resulta que ellos si pueden ser impacientes con la recepción) decidieron dar a favor la resolución del caso, se los digo como alguien con experiencia en compras por internet NO LES COMPREN NUNCA Y NO CREAN QUE PAYPAL LES VA A APOYAR

This site is not recommended at all. Despite ordering a size S, it seems more like an L and doesn't match the measurements provided on the website. The material looks very cheap. When I contacted customer service, they suggested I get a tailor and offered a 15% coupon for other products. Unfortunately, I don't want to spend any more money if the quality of their clothes is like this dress. Also, I could not post a review in their website

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I reached out to them because I paid for 4 day shipping didn’t receive my dresses until 3 weeks later. When I reached out to them I got a email that said to check with my mail service provider. Their return and refund is Bull and doesn’t work. I also only received one dress and it was literally a sheet nothing what the dress looked like. Please don’t waist your money on this site. It’s a complete scam

Son unos ladrones el producto que pedi no tiene nada que ver con la foto. No entiendo como no han cerrado la tienda ya en Europa. Tienen la desfachatez de decir que para devolver el producto me van a cobrar entre 20 euros a 70 euros... por un pedazo de mono horrible de mala calidad que no llegó a costar ni 40 € esto no puede ser legal
