Nigel came to fix our issues with weak signal loss and bad workmanship from a previous installation technician from a different company. In the short time while Nigel was at our home he fixed the issues and made the job saver and presentable. He was quick, efficient and friendly.

Just recently moved into a new build and hadn’t realised they don’t come with any TV Ariel’s preventing us from watching TV at the end of the long stressful day of moving in. Contacted Nigel at NK digital on Wednesday and told him the situation. Nigel emailed me back within hours and told me what I may need and how much the work could cost. Following this we soon made a suitable time and day for Nigel to come and install. Within 2 days we’d arranged a time and date to install and installed and now up and running with all the latest channels.

I needed my Sky outlet point moving across the room from an external to an internal wall so that I could rearrange my furniture. NK Installations were excellent. Nigel responded to my initial text really quickly and organised to call round and look at the job at a time that suited me. I was very happy with the price he quoted and he was able to carry out the work the next day. He was tidy, friendly and did a great job of bringing the cabling from outside, across the room above the ceiling and down the internal wall and neatly out into a socket. Highly recommend and would use again.

Exceptional service from Nigel at NK Digital Installations. After my initial email enquiry Nigel replied almost immediately and was able to come and undertake the work very quickly. He called the morning he was due to let me know he was on the way and arrived about 20 minutes later. His work is outstanding, very neat and tidy both inside and out. Excellent from start to finish. Initial phone call answered promptly and visit arranged. Courtesy call half an hour before arriving at agreed time. Diagnosed and explained fault and what needed to be done to rectify. Work carried out efficiently and neatly, at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Nigel arrived on time and diagnosed the problem as being our old analogue ariel (high frequency). Our Tv is digital so we needed a digital ariel (medium to low frequency). Nigel quoted a very reasonable price for the ariel and fitting and within the hour we were sorted. We now receive all the Tv channels- bliss. Thanks Nigel
