I discovered Niven & Joshua by accident by following a product recommendation on another website. The site was very easy to use and the purchase process was one of the smoothest I have experienced. The communications were prompt and the item ordered had an appropriate ammount of packing for the size rather than the large wasteful standard boxes sometimes used by other sites. I've deducted one star as I thought the fragrance description for the item I purchased could have been more detailed which might have swayed my decision to buy. There were also no recommendations for other products which meant that because I followed a link I didn't realise the product came in two versions.

As before, my order was dispatched promptly and then informed.
Goods arrived safely in the well-protected package.
