Absolutely brilliant, website layout is easy to navigate, massive selection of prizes and freebies, had a couple of nice wins. Wouldn't go anywhere else 😊

gone downhill fast wont be playing no more now the final nail of no more sales only if you bulk buy, pricing out casual players or not big spenders how they think that is a good thing is beyond me its going to be them same few players winning even more for less now, plus the lives are unbearable now bunch of stoned roadmen giggling non stop making jokes off cam completely unprofessional and at times rude such a shame as it was once the best site

Hi,
We're sorry to hear you feel this way, however when we've had sale's we've always had upset customers as they feel it is unfair - this way, you are able to control your own sales and the price you pay. We feel, this is the best way to keep it fair for all players.
It's also unfortunate to hear that you feel this way regarding the live draws. The team like to have a laugh and a joke, that is what we're about at Nitrous.

Unfair changing of the stakes
When playing for a raffle you dont expect to pay full price for tickets then at the last moments of the time before the draw they reduce the cost drastically due to them not selling enough tickets. First comp site i have used that i have seen this happening on. Its an unfair practice so wont play again
Thanks for the reply but changing now may help in the future but not for the people who previously played and spent £30-50 on tickets

We're sorry to hear this, we have changed our sales method now. There are no longer sales, and you are now in control of your own sales.
Hopefully that makes you feel a little better. If you do come back to Nitrous and begin to get involved then we wish you the best of luck!
Regards
