Fantastic if everything goes well (first order), absolutely terrible if anything doesn't (second order). The store staff themselves are nice but the online team's customer service is subpar.
Company insisted a bank transfer payment couldn't be found for over two weeks and the only options given were for me to pay again to fulfil the order, or to submit a bank dispute. As I submitted the payment dispute and agreed to cancel the order, Nisbets managed to find the payment and fulfilled the order with no communication. There was no acknowledgement of further emails querying what was happening, a refund request or even collection details - only found this info with store staff (who were also in the dark) contacting me for collection. Gave up and collected the order. Immediate email saying a refund couldn't be issued because I had collected. Selective email replies (when there was communication) has been off putting for recommending what would otherwise be a fairly decent site.
Poor customer service.
Not quality equipment.
I've not had a good experience dealing with nisbits , faulty display fridges. 2 bought 2 years ago.
Went faulty but I thought just needed reset. No info in booklet and little to no help from Technical department.
Customer service don't follow up with complaint.
I won't be anything large from nisbits in the future. Especially polar fridges.
Cannot be reset so left with 2 storage items which cannot be used for purpose I bought them for.
Very annoying as I'm a very small business and spent over £1500.
Very costly engineer visit but told he might not be able to do repair. No.point really paying over £200.. for 30min visit .
Left with useless items .

HERE I AM NEARLY 2 WEEKS LATER. STILL WAITING FOR A FULL REFUND OF £191.
THIS COMPANY ARE THIEVING SHARKS. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE RUBBISH, THEIR IN STORE STAFF ARROGANT AND IGNORANT. DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT PRE SET COOKING CONTROLS WERE OR MEANT.
LEGAL ADVICE WILL BE TAKEN TO RECOVER THE FULL AMOUNT OWED .
THIS IS THE SECOND MICROWAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM THAT IS DEFUNCT.
AND STORE ASSISTANT SAID IT WAS ' MY FAULT' FOR NOT BUYING ONE FOR £600 !!!!
AVOID THEM !!!!

I bought a benchtop induction plate 6 weeks ago that stopped working. Contacted Nisbets through their online warranty portal at 10 am. By 3 pm the same day, they had a replacement on its way without me having to return the defective one. I highly recommend Nisbets for online (and bricks and mortar) shopping.
