STAY AWAY FROM THE WEB SHOP
I ordered through the web shop and wanted to return the item, but you cannot return it to the shop like in any other normal store. In addition to having to bother with finding which of the delivery services will return the item for you (because they don't even have that organized), you also have to pay for the return, which I have not experienced in any other store. And there is no way you can return it yourself, because the courier service has to because of proof of return (stupidity). I will not shop in this web shop again, the girls who work there are very kind, but the behavior of the company towards the customer is criminal.

BEWARE!!! I just received a pair of booties that I ordered online. I immediately noticed that the leather on the heel was uneven and not secured good. In time it would eventually come off. I called customer service number and spoke with Eileen from the Zendesk. I told her I wanted to start a return and to get a refund. She tells me she had to open a ticket and once they get to it, I would be contacted. I told her, I want to start a return and she told me she could not do that. This a very poor customer experience. If a customer calls about a defective shoe and wants a refund, they do not want to hear about a ticket. After speaking with Eileen, I called back and spoke with two other representatives and requested to speak with a supervisor. They refused to transfer me, I was hung on. Then I called back 4 more times and they would not answer. I am not sure who thought of this process, but it is a terrible experience for the customer. I also do not understand why Eileen could not provide me her id number or last name. How would the customer identify who they spoke with? This is totally ridiculous, I just got the shoe today. There should be zero hassle to return this shoe. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be ordering from you again. They also do not have any corporate contact information that is correct to send an email. They do not care, they just want your money.

2/20/23 My first ever order with NineWest.com. I order 300 USD worth of goods, one of which is the Cyra A blue pursed received damaged and poorly constructed. See image 1. for what I received in the mail. Crinkled sides and uneven handle. This is insulting. See image 2. For their return policy: To - and I quote - "original tender type- no exceptions." See image: 3. Confirming their customer service phone number and 4. My 7 attempts to call and contact their customer service about their damage purchase they gave me. They did not pick up the phone the first 6 times. The first robo-message includes a sorry for their return problems. Strike 1. At this point, absolutely ludicrous, and for a lack of a better term, simply ghetto. On my 7th call, they file a case, as they say... and say I'll receive an email that same day to send pictures. That phone call was March 1st, 2023. On March 5th, 2023, I come to a revelation in realizing what kind of company NineWest is. I truly thought they had greater decorum, and a brand of integrity. I filed a credit card dispute with my company this same day. On March 6th, 2023, low and behold, NineWest customer service FINALLY sends me an email. I send photos. And see photo attached for their reply, accusing me for using the product and stating it's store credit only. Big strike 2. This company is on a journey to make first time customers their last time customer. Strike 3 - II let them know again, the problem. And the resolution: Free return for my money back or else I'm going to literally return my 300$ initial purchase, and 100$ second purchase (before this fiasco), and discontinue any kind of relationship whatsoever. I'm truly not desperate to support a business that conducts themselves like this. Whoever is running customer service doubles down, burning bridges to the ground, and says STORE CREDIT. My credit card dispute stands firm. I'll also be gathering all of my items for return. Congrats, guys. Hope it's worth it!

I ordered a pair of shoes online and a pair that were completely different and the wrong size arrive, now they expect me to package the item up and go to a post office to have these shoes returned before they send out the shoes i originally ordered, i then told them i request a refund and the same response i cannot get a refund until i go out of my way to get to a post office to return the mistake that they made, will never purchase shoes from this company again

This review doesn't deserve a star, but no other way around it.So I placed this order, I got the purse, days later no info on the boots, so I called i lady tells me that boots were not included in my order but charged my credit before I can finish a sentence lady tell me she can match the price or refund....but the prob is that if I never called in I would never received the boots or the refund.
What type of customer service is this!!! On hold for 15 mins I can't get a supervisor on the phone. Who are you people and this is how you conduct business!!!????... terrible it's disgusting I understand why u dont have stores, your customer service is disgusting and irresponsible.

This company’s US website acts like SCAMMERS! I paid ridiculously high 11 dollars on delivery, which promises 5-7 days delivery, but it has not even shipped yet, although 10 days passed! They’re also not responding to customer care emails! It was a present for my mother-in-law, and I cannot express how disappointed I am! Will NEVER buy from them!!!
UK site that charges for foreign currency transactions and withholds goods.
Placed an order. Received a very suspect confirmation several hours later after seven failed payment attempts, notifying me it was successful. However despite using the UK website I was advised my transaction was subject to currency charges and would also go through for a different amount. Several attempts to make a complaint resulted in the American branch telling me it was nothing to do with them and studiously ignored all further communications. After 9 days and threatening legal action as well as demanding a full refund the UK branch decided to answer and told me the business had been on holiday and my order was processing.
Several more contacts later and reporting them to my Visa company they have advised they have processed a partial refund. What this represents I have no idea and if indeed they have done it, it will carry further currency charges, leaving me about £20 short of a full refund.
I sent a complaint online, received a response advising if I wanted a response to respond!!!!!!
However, responses are blocked and you have to go back online.
An absolutely disgusting company with no moral code or responsibility towards its customers.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes and a purse from NW on 12/30/22 received the purse but here we are 30 days later still waiting on my boots. Winter will be over by the time I receive them. I’m literally on hold with them right now and it’s been 30 minutes. NW use to be a reputable company in the past not sure what’s going on with them, i’m getting scammer vibes. I won’t waste anymore of my time, i’m filing a claim with my financial institution for a refund and NW would have to deal with them.

Received a pair of damaged booties. Waited on the phone for customer service to answer for 45 minutes, nobody ever answered. I also tried to email them with photos of the damaged booties. My email just came right back to my email saying I couldn't email them. I don't know how to contact them! I'm at a loss of what to even do.

So, I need to make a return but cannot since the website shows "not shipped"...I have called for two days and held for 30 minutes...nothing...I do have a solution and they will not like it
UPDATE: the day after I posted this and emailed them with MY solution, I received a prepaid postage label. I immediately took the return and dropped off. The next morning I had the credit.
Do not waste your time or money
I ordered the 9 West Trendz pump size 7 in pink. I have a narrow foot a 99% of the time have no issues with shoes fitting properly. On the 9 West website the shoe I purchased said final sale. When the shoes arrived, I could barely get the shoes on. They were so tight & narrow. The size 7 fit like a size 6. I could not wear the shoes nor can I get a refund or exchange. I left 2 bad reviews on the 9 West website, but the company never posted the reviews. SCAMMERS!!!

I wish I could give this company a Zero for their customer service. I ordered some boots and it didn't work out and I returned it and noticed that I only received some of my refund and the rest was on store credit. They have no stores and they refused to refund my money. The customer service agent was rude and kept putting me on hold and then she wouldn't let me talk. She then came back on the line to tell me that they have to send the request for my refund to their review board. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied and I will NEVER do business with NINE WEST and NiNE company again. They are unethical and fraud. The rudeness from the agent was major.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a purse and Boots almost 2 weeks ago (12/17/2022) Purse arrived Botts didn't. Customer service is a joke waiting on the phone for a long time to reach someone. They never said the boots were delayed but sent the fuc....purse. I don't need them now and I cannot reach anyone to cancel the boots that says still processing. Really is this how business is done. I understand there is a shortage of workers, but this is incompetence at the highest level.
Scam
Unfortunately, I have made the mistake ordering from the site ninewestskodanmark which currently is not even working. I do not understand whether it was a fraud or not but when I was giving the order, there was no mention of 20 days long shipment time or the extra money that needs to be paid by the customer (VAT/customs and import fee which is 169 DKK) to be able to receive the product. Currently I need to pay this amount to be able to receive the product which I was not supposed to pay and even not sure if it is the correct product or not. Since I can not even enter to the online store I have ordered, I am thinking maybe it is a scam.

Held for hours to get a rep on the phone the only thing they say is they are processing the order for the boots!! But have put a full delivery on my order for boots and purse but on website it says boots are still processing!!
