Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! For me, what makes a company stand out is not just when things go perfectly, but also how they handle it when something doesn't. In my case, I had a shipment of equipment that got damaged in transit (due to the courier, not NAT's fault). Veronica in the customer service team was super pro-active in solving the problem, saving me any extra hassle, and made me feel that me and my time mattered. Will definitely be a return customer and recommending to friends!

I found the content very concise and to the point. I enjoyed learning new things even after being in the Natural Health and Wellness field for 35 years now! It was easy to follow and the only thing I found that could be better is the videos and images as some did not download or appear to open. I am very pleased with everything else, especially integrating all the new AI stuff in our ever-changing world as a Body Worker!

So many options for continuing education
So many options! I love the ability to do continuing education courses from home. There have helped me better understand the function of the glutes and how to help clients with their posture… And I am excited to get to work on the Bowen certification.

Neil Asher training is such a wonderful place to learn. I took 6 month of learning for free. I have to admit it, all courses and materials were more than enough for me to learn efficiently. Dr. Wagner's videos were awesome! (I am a bit interested in vestibular rehabilitaion). What is more important is that soft metarial are all evidence based, updated, and simply structured. My experience has been good
I've taken two of the live webinars so far and found the process very easy from purchase to certificate. Veronica was wonderful

Great customer experience

This was my second training
This was my second training. The first training on Bowen Therapy Advanced was quite lacking in lesson time and course manual documentation.
This second course on BioDynamic Craniosacral Therapy was provided having met; 1. the training time advertised, 2. course documentation/ manual matched the presented material, 3. video lesson content
NAT Global Campus Customer Service was very helpful and made sure I had the chance to have a satisfying education experience, allowing me to try another learning.

The courses are well constructed
The courses are well constructed. A few feel like it's an hour of repeat, like on YouTube when they're working to get more content by restating the same thing over and over. Maybe that's how some people need the material.
