The team came out for a repair of my 20 year old boiler and advised it needed replaced (which was expected). From start to finish experience was great. Knowledgeable engineer. Explained what he was doing when servicing the boiler. He told me to contact Hive if there were any issues. There were some with the app but Hive technical support was first rate.

There has been no change since my last review, engineer was clean tidy and friendly, did a great job servicing and setting the boiler to its maximum efficiency and left the workspace clean and tidy. This is now my go to service option and I highly recommend them.

Needed a replacement boiler fitted 6 years ago. All the reviews about Nicholsons were first rate. From first contact and then advice on best system for the house, I was very impressed. The Atag boiler that was recommended to me has been excellent and certainly cut my gas usage. From that time, I’ve used them for all work on my heating system such as leaks or replacement radiators, as well as the annual servicing of the boiler. Every time I’ve been totally satisfied with their responsiveness, the standard of the work and importantly the consistently good customer service I’ve received.
As a result, I’ve also arranged for them to service my son’s boiler since he moved into his own house.
I’ve just had my boiler annual service completed earlier this week. I received a text message telling me the engineer was on his way. Phil arrived on time; completed the boiler service which was done without any fuss and left the area clean and tidy. He was friendly and also offered advice about the radiators.
