Very good service

My partner and I are first time movers - we had absolutely no idea how the process worked, what would be expected of us, what we needed, nothing!

We were set up with Grace from New Homes Law, who was so incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. She answered every question we had, was able to go the extra mile to help us with all of our enquiries, and made what could've been a daunting process all that much easier.

Now, after a few months, we're finally settled into our new forever home, but I'll forever be grateful for Grace - and New Homes Law - for their expertise and guidance, and if I ever find myself moving again, then I'll definitely refuse to use anyone else but them!

I'm writing this more than a year later. Having commissioned New Homes Law to redeem the Help to Buy equity loan on my flat, I am still in the process of trying to recover funds lost due to their mishandling of my case.

A process which should be extremely simple and involved no chain, took over six months.
Since then, for the last six months I have been reviewing files, creating reports and itemising paperwork to pursue my complaint for over £3,000 in losses due to their missed contractual deadlines.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, this company is a disgrace made what should have been an exciting 1st home purchase stressful and has left me in financial detriment. Rude staff, Numerous misinformation given, lack of communication (only time they will want to talk to you is when they want their money) any other time be prepared to get no answer to calls and emails, they enter data wrong and misleading quotes (make sure you check the small print!!) the list goes on and on never ever again would I choose or recommend any one to this firm. I wish I had not just gone along with the mortgage providers recommendation to use this firm as it would be "easier" if you value your time, money and sanity then go elsewhere. I have raised a formal complaint for the many issues I faced to which I have had a reply of a resolution of them given there staff additional training. In no means is this a resolution and I am now raising this to the legal ombudsman.
