Just installed some engineered wood floor and the process from beginning to end was smooth and quick. The prices were great, fast and personal communication, they even accepted returns of some surplus flooring we had due to an inaccurate measurement. The free delivery and under flooring provided was also a fantastic feature, thank you! I have yet to see the wear of it over time but I'm very happy with the look and feel of it.

Only needed a tiny bit of flooring as I was just a bit short. Exceptional customer service, super efficient delivery, fair price. Highly recommend this company!

I am very please with the product and the service I received from Nexus.
I bought the flooring last year and they were kind enough to store until I was ready to pick up.

We are very pleased with our new Engineered Oak floor. The whole process, from show room visit to finished floor, was fast and problem free and, done at reasonable cost. Ben the floor fitter and his colleague did a wonderful job which included some tricky cutting and fitting. Nexus Flooring are a very well organised and run company who I highly recommend.

Great work, reliable, very responsive good pricing. I will use again for future projects!

I recently had Nexus flooring fit solid oak floors in my property.
This was completed on the 6th December 2024.
I am extremely delighted with the finish results. The fitters that came were very qualified, professional and polite they did an excellent job.

The price was competitive compared to other overpriced retailers and the customer service provided by Sam, Omais and the team was excellent. Most importantly of all, the installer Mihail did a great job, and the floor looks really good. I would buy again.

I ordered Engineered Lacquered Oak Flooring for my flat on Saturday and it was delivered in two days, which is super fast, as other companies suggest much longer delivery dates.
The construction team approved the quality of the parquet.
Later I ordered a custom-made nosing, it was made and delivered fast as well.
The Team was easy to reach at any time and they provided really valuable advice on the works.

I would highly recommend Nexus Flooring for the quality and standard of their flooring, wide variety (so many options!) and great value for money. We moved into a new home and wanted to replace most of the ground floor with herringbone oak flooring last Summer. Cue a frantic search for who to go to and what to look for - we ran the gamut of everything from Carpetright to a local flooring specialist in Chiswick who whilst had an impressive range, also had the dizzying prices to match but didn't carry any stock so would have had to wait for at least several weeks for delivery. We came across Nexus Flooring through recommendation and am very pleased that we did so. Sam and the Nexus team are extremely knowledgable, patient and helpful. In addition, Nexus have a warehouse in the UK and hold stock across all ranges which is Great and means there is no delay. We were delighted with the results and we also used a flooring team who partner with Nexus to install the flooring. This year, we ordered more flooring to install in one upper room (simple oak engineered plank)- once again, this was all done super efficiently and we know what we are getting as we have used Nexus previously and trust Sam and the team.
If you are seeking a wide range of quality wood flooring options at extremely competitive prices and a high level of service, then I highly recommend Nexus Flooring.

The solid oak (150mm wide) flooring is of very good quality, this is the 3rd time I have purchased the same flooring. The quality is consistent. There was a problem with my order, and Nexus resolved the situation very quickly.

Very helpful and a great product and price

I recently bought flooring with nexus Flooring and it is beautiful and very good quality. The people who work there are very helpful and accommodating and they keep you informed about delivery. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to change their flooring to a really nice design as they have a wide selection of options.

Nexus fitted my engineered wood with no hassle. I'm please with the fitting quality. The price quoted was competitive and the installation very efficient. Communication very prompt too. Only criticism is the lack of delivery options other than kerbside delivery. And the fact that they required full payment upfront. But all in all I would recommend them with no hesitation. They run a very efficient business with lower margins than most.

I visited the shop a few times before ordering some engineered floor wood early this year. Then, Sam and Raj of the Nexus team were very warm and helpful. As I liked the quality of the products, I decided to order more with a larger amount!
