Very good course, easy to follow & understand. Flows very nicely with the actual treatment. The video is easy to follow. I would have liked a little more explanation of how top decide what size of shield to use. For example what effect each shield gives. But a very easy to follow course. Thank you

Great course's many to choose from great prices and so much information and understanding, videos are great for learning and very informative unlike most other courses that give you the basics Victoria gives you her professional advice and best tips along with how to provide the best service for any beginner thank you so much this course has been amazing.

It was a great informative course, where for me with my learning style enjoyed the video as well as the reading elements of the coursework. Then having a test after each chapter ensured I had taken everything in. The only disappointment was that I didn't receive an email to say I'd passed. It was only by coincidence that I logged into my online portal to search for other courses that I saw I had a certificate.

From my first submission of a workbook I am very please on the quick response and outcomes, I would say that when a Ticket is raised and you are not able to progress until your query has been answered, 72 hours is a bit too long to wait, the workbooks and video tutorials are excellent, I think Next Step are doing a great job so far.

Amazing training and victoria is always there when you need anything

The course was easy to access and had all the resources I needed to complete the course. The had a very clever way for me to submit the practical side of the exam, I would highly recommend.

Next step beauty is an online platform that gives you lot of theory and that is what makes the difference acknowledging is key to success and to help others clarifying their minds. Practical side is also very good no stress in your own time you can upload your practice 😊

I found the skincare course to be very informative and the videos are really helpful. Having the booklet to download is great to refer back to even after the course.

I found this company really good with there traning to suit yourself and do st your own pase from comfort of your home iv enjoyed this course but I have others to complete I would reccomend them
