I managed to find and pick up a free NLR PS edition GtLite seat from a neighbour in the United Kingdom.

I emailed support (17th May) as it was clear from setting it up that it needed a few missing parts.

Initially got a very quick reply from Cameron, who explained what they needed from me. I managed to find a copy of the PDF instructions, highlighted what bits were needed, and sent it back.

After what felt like a bit of time had passed (and I was beginning to wonder if I had been forgotten about), but suddenly I started getting very responsive replies (especially given the time zone compared to me being in the UK) to my emails.

Cameron has now exceeded my own expectations in his honesty and transparency.

I received an initial quote, then a revised quote after I altered the parts that were required very quickly. I have now happily placed an order and am looking forward to receiving it so I can get up and racing in this amazing seat.

18/06/26 - Parts arrived before FedEX's own estimated arrival, totally blown away how quickly this parts turned up! 5*

22/06/26 - Did my first race in it and was surprised how comfortable it was. The only issue now is to work out how to mount my 'Derek Spears Designs' P1 button box onto the frame.

I recently had one occasion where I had an issue with one of the products I purchased. I had the pleasure of working with Calieb at NLR and his support was super responsive and he quickly helped me resolve my issue hassle free and personally worked with me to the end resolution! I feel confident to purchase any of their equipment knowing that they take quality and service seriously.

All customer service experiences should go like this. Working with Calieb was cordial, swift and efficient.
Process required a swap of videos on my part to confirm the problem and resolution quickly followed. I felt like he actually cared.

I’m not usually one to leave positive reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to share my experience.
The support I received was genuinely exceptional. These days, it is a real relief to come across customer service that is not only attentive and professional, but also warm, patient, and genuinely helpful.
That kind of courtesy and willingness to assist is becoming increasingly rare. It is rarer still to find someone who understands that excellent customer service is about far more than simply making a sale.
Providing clear, accurate, and thorough information is incredibly important, in many ways, just as important as the quality of the product itself, sometimes even more.
For that reason, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Shiralee for her outstanding assistance and patience.
My questions were very detailed and required several technical compatibility checks across multiple products based on my setup. Shiralee handled every request with complete kindness and professionalism and went the extra mile by liaising directly with the product development team to obtain the exact clarifications and measurements I needed.
I would also like to thank Next Level Racing as a whole. I sincerely hope that this level of service is not simply the result of one representative’s personal courtesy and character, but rather a reflection of the company’s wider values, training, and commitment to customer care. I hope these excellent standards are maintained across the entire support team.

Calieb was very responsive and handled my issue / request with urgency. Very good product and service.

I bought a NLR ERS5 seat in August 2025. The seat is comfortable and it is breathable too. Installation is straight forward and tools are provided.

About a year later, in May 2026, the seat railings start to breakdown and ball bearings, and other parts are coming out. I reached out to NLR support and told them about my problem. They honor the 1-year warranty and send me a seat slider replacement. Now, my seat works like new, and I couldn't be happier.
Definitely would recommend Next Level Racing for your sim racing products.

My order arrived very quickly and was packaged well. The parts initially felt premium, but assembly was frustrating at times. More often than not, it felt like I was forcing the bolts into the threads, which made me concerned about stripping them out. Once assembled, though, the product is sturdy and works great. I think a little more quality control with the hardware would go a long way.

Before the purchase I had a great conversation with Customer Service, and they were honest and very helpful. I wouldn't have needed the new cockpit, but with such great service and the experience I already had with an F-GT cockpit it was a no-brainer.
On to the GTElite cockpit: It's awesome. There's not a single complaint that comes to mind. Assembly was super easy, and the amount of flexibility is just mind blowing. The F-GT is an awesome product for its price, but the GTElite is on another level. If I ever need anything for my rig again I'll definitely buy from Next Level Racing.

The delays in back order of chassis and seats is a little brutal. So I have had SOME of my parts for months now but have not date in sight for the core pieces. So, we’ll see…

Very sturdy and relatively easy to setup and take down. Highly customizable. Perfect for what I needed.

I needed a replacement part for my F-GT Lite and contacted them to see if they could help me. They went above and beyond to get me the part that I needed. It’s refreshing to deal with a company who will do their best to help you out after the initial sale has been completed. I would definitely recommend them and will myself use them again in the future.

I made an order and almost immediately had to cancel due to an emergency. I contacted NLR and they got back to me right away and managed to cancel it before their highly efficient shipping department got it out. It was on a weekend, which is doubly impressive. The 5 stars is for the excellent service. I will be back at a later date to start my racing sim cockpit build with an NLR rig. Thank you for your fine work ladies and gentleman.

I purchased the F-GT Lite cockpit, and later added on the lite monitor stand because I was very happy with the product. I have had both for about 5 months now using it regularly and it has been very good. Comfortable, easy to fold and put away when needed. I am very happy with the products, with that said I found a crack in onenof the pieces that hold the side rail in place. I contacted Next Level Racing and I couldn't believe just how quickly they got back to me. In just over 48 hours of my first inquiry email I had got the confirmation that my replacement piece was already shipped. Floored with their customer service. Great job everyone at Next Level Racing.

Great products and amazing customer service. I started with the wheel stand then added the seat to it and then the HF8 pro haptic pad.

I started with the GTlite when I made the switch from controllers. There was a serious learning curve but this rig served my every purpose at the time. When I made the switch for a direct drive base, it was clear the GTElite would be the next step for me. This has been an incredible rig for my evolution into this genre of sim racing.

I have a NLR GT Elite rig and also recently purchased the ESR3 Haptic seat.
The ESR3 seat is the most comfortable rig seat I’ve had. The haptic seat is better than a Buttkicker because you can specify locations you’d like, so it’s a more complete haptic experience.

If I could give them 10 stars I would I bought the GT Elite Lite cockpit front and side edition it didn't fit my moza contacted support and they got me the hardware for the wheel plate addition quoted me 170$ from Australia to USA,Kentucky Customer Service 10/10 Product Quality 10/10 Thank You!
