I’ve brought several plates from new reg over the years.from personal to business plates.
Such an easy transaction from start to finish.also very understanding about a situation that may delay the process due to v5 processing.
Would only use this company for any plates that I require.
They found the plate that I had asked for,and was lower price than other sites.👍🏼

Brilliant service!!!

I was very nervous about ordering as I thought it would be a complicated procedure but it was all made very simple. Brilliant service from start to finish, ordering was really easy, email received next day explaining next steps. Spoke on the phone couple of times with a few questions before and after sales, they answered the phone very quickly and with a very personal and friendly tone. The plates were received with the certificate and instructions within 10 days of ordering. Very happy customers. Thank you 😊

I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience of purchasing my private registration plates through Newreg.

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout every stage of the process and always received prompt and helpful responses to any questions I had. The whole procedure was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

I would also like to thank the team for the incredibly fast turnaround time. I mentioned that the registration plates were a birthday gift for my husband, and I was genuinely surprised and touched when they arrived beautifully wrapped with gift paper and a ribbon. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and made the gift even more special.

Thank you for your outstanding customer service and attention to detail. If I ever decide to purchase private registration plates again, I will definitely use your services and would highly recommend Newreg to others.

Thank you once again! Kamila

Okay

I bought a number plate about 10 years ago from new reg, and they was very efficient, responsive, and professional. So I decided to buy another but they have changed. I wasn’t best pleased with the delay initially, but finally got this resolved

Marvelous

I called to ask if my new reg was ready.
Realising a) I hadn't read the letter and b) I hadn't read the letter a second time. I quickly read the letter. Paid the remainder of the balance. And, hey presto. I received an email minutes later telling me to immediately put my ✨new reg✨ on my car!

*as well as failing to read the bit in the letter that told me to pay lol, I also failed to read the bit where the letter told me to write the new reg on the envelope when posting my V5. Luckily the lovely people at new reg didn't let my stupidity stop them being marvelous.
