Bought trainers for Christmas present, paid next day which was about £8 I think. Great product, arrived on time... too small. So ordered larger size and returned original, return postage about £6. My only issue is the cost of postage being ridiculously high so either free or subsidised return postage would then be 5 stars.

The item ordered was as described and eventually recovered in good order, sadly it was left at the wrong address by FedEx approx 2 roads away. Newitts managed to uncover the address where it was left and I was able to recover.

Newitts supply excellent products, but I needed help returning an item ordered in error. It was really large and not an easy thing to negotiate on my own - the Newitts team helped quickly and efficiently and in a human centred way - they were brilliant.

I sent an email enquiry, which was responded to promptly with the information I needed.

Purchased some gym mats from Newitts which are not fit for purpose.

Mats sold as "hard wearing & durable" and "suitable for strength training" and "offering unparalleled shock absorption for high-impact exercises" (as described on Newitts website).

Also sold as being "impervious to water".

The mats we purchased are falling apart after only a few weeks of moderate usage and are seeping a foul smelling brown liquid.

Mr. Newitt has inspected them and decided this is our fault and is refusing to refund the mats. He has also decided they have received "significant and excessive use". Impressive for someone who has no information or evidence about how often / how they have been used during the 3 weeks we had them.

I however do. They have been used for yoga moves, stretching and core work. Mats that are sold as having "unparalleled shock absorption for high-impact exercises" should be able to handle this.

I have commenced court proceedings to get my money back as they are not as described on the website and not fit for purpose.

Absolutely over the moon that I found these guys!! Amazing prices, quick delivery too. My boys are football obsessed, so I bougjt them a few bits for Christmas and some tracksuit bottoms for myself. Couldn't be happier and will be using them again in the future. Thanks so much!
