I found the experience of ordering on line very pleasant, it was my first time putting in an order and everything went very smooth

Purchased a photo frame online as an engagement gift. Regular email updates from the time of order, through dispatch to delivery were reassuring (I'm cautious of online shopping!! )The carefully packaged frame arrived safely within a couple of days via An Post. The recipient is thrilled with it! Thank you Newbridge Silverware!

The process from ordering to delivery was straightforward, clear and efficient. The recipient (not me) was delighted with her gift. It would be brilliant if it were possible for me to include a note telling her who sent the gift, and send my good wishes.

Bought a silver Christmas tree decoration with an engraving. I've bought quite a few of these before and I love them - always packaged very well & carefully, engraving is neat, decorations are perfect condition & so pretty! Great as gifts, baby presents etx

I was allowed to order an item which was not in stock which resulted in a disapointment.

Beautiful products at a really good price during sale. My only concern is that the parcel took a week and a half to be delivered and I had to contact Newbridge to inquire about order and then it arrived promptly.

My order could not be filled and I got a phone call from customer service to offer an alternative rather than an impersonal email which I appreciated. Excellent service

The item I ordered was not available. I was offered an alternative. But this shouldn't happen. Delivery took a long time. I received no reply to my acceptance of the alternative . So overall a poor customer experience . I was worried I had fallen for a scam as a result

There was a slight scratch on the lid.
