I have just received my new car from this company. They have been so professional and John has always responded to every question that I have had, this service was the best that I have ever received when buying a new car and would recommend this company100%.

A dishonest company. There was a government grant of £3000 on electric cars.

If an electric car costs £30k, a user pays £27k.
If these cowboys sell this car for sale at £27k (£0 discount) they claim a saving of £3k or 10% savings.

Everyone gets £3k via a government grant. So, what exactly is the saving by going via them? Zero. The person I spoke to lied and advertised a £3k saving and refused to change his incorrect figures.

The staff was rude and sent me unwarranted emails stating they have not yet heard from trading standards yet and admitted he seldom sells electric cars.

A full email trail exchange with him is available to verify his behaviour and will be disclosed to Trust Pilot on request.

The company now makes false claims of blackmail. Of course this is another example of lies. I have the full email trail to prove the lies. Why not post my emails on this site or another? He knows he was asked to correct his fake price savings and not take all electric cars off his site.

My advice is to deal with professional people and not those who make false claims of savings and are rude and then make unwarranted contact to gloat that Trading Standards have not contacted them.

He was told to stop making false claims about fake savings. The government grant is not a saving he provides. He is so stupid (low intelligence and education) he does not realise many cars do still qualify for the £2500 grant.

He claims I am a dealer. Why would I be and why would I be disgruntled? This morning, the cowboy sends me an email that he has not yet heard from Trading Standards.

He has been sending me emails so has discussed issued via this route. He takes no responsibility.
He refuses to accept the £3k grant is not a saving he offered or obtained.

It simply reduces the price for everyone. He implies people get a higher saving that reality.
Auto Union Finance also uses expensive 0844 numbers. This shows rip off practices. Professional companies do not use high cost 0844 numbers when 030 numbers are available.

He accepts he lies. Google AutoUnion Finance: 0844 811 1023. Business so bad it converted to a Plc to a Ltd Company.

Any people wanting to deal with them just need to read his reply and how he handles complaints. This is his level of professionalism. Just imagine if you purchased via him and had an issue. He would take no responsibility and abuse you.

Now he lies claiming I used the name Barry.

Be man enough to admit the government subsidy was not a saving that you obtained and people would get this from all. All it did was reduce the customer price for all.

An example of the fake claims he makes include:
"I hope you have put your genuine name / address and a contact number for trust pilot so they can check out who you actually are. We will then hand over the details of how you tried to black mail us with threats to the police."

No threats were made. The delusional fool thinks a government subsidy is "our very generous discounts".

What nonsense. In the Leaf example you should NOT include the government grant as a saving or in a percentage discount. Claims 5 year warranty for a 2020 pre-registered car. Then claims it is a saving over a new car. Since when is a 8 month old car comparable to a brand new car? Comical.

What nonsense:
Customers want to know what they save by going via you compared to another broker.
Be honest and declare the additional savings by using you and do not mislead by including the government grant that the buy gets, whoever he buys from.

I recently took delivery of a Volvo XC40 sourced through New Car Discount. I was attracted by the discount they were able to offer me over and above main dealerships. From receiving the initial quotation, to ordering the vehicle communication with John, Account Manager, was always swift and accurate in notifying me of anticipated delivery. The delivery of the vehicle to dealership was on the day stated and thereafter the vehicle was transported to me via trailer. I'm extremely pleased with the process. Well done !

A friend of mine saw an amazing deal on hotukdeals that pointed me to the website of newcardiscount.com . I couldn't quite believe the deal (38% discount on a Volvo S90!) so asked for a quote. The quote came through with the addition of metallic paint on the price - unavoidable as all the solid ones had gone - but an addition I was very happy with. All of my communications with Nick and his team were thoroughly professional and easy. The delivery was arranged and I started thinking about the money side of things. As I was making a cash transfer I was a little worried. My bank couldn't identify the name of their bank account, so a quick email exchange with Nick put my mind at ease. He suggested putting through a small transfer so he could confirm the transfer number the following morning. Because my bank were faffing about, I ended up transferring the full balance. I needn't have worried - Nick confirmed receipt and obviously got on the phone to the dealer straight away as that afternoon I had a call from the supplying dealer. My car was delivered the next day and I was very happy indeed. The V5 turned up today with my details on it (Wednesday after a Friday delivery) and I'm extremely pleased with the whole process.

The concept of buying a brand new car on the internet must be a huge risk. Or is it?
My contact was John Robertson who was very professional. He was also very patient with me.
It took me some time to decide starting at the beginning of July 2020.
I liked the car, I liked the contact, what to do.
As this was the internet and there would be a lot of money involved, I was a cash purchaser, I checked everything I could. The site was secure and the company was registered.
I took the plunge. I am glad I did. The delivery of my Kadjar was going to be in three weeks. It would be invoiced the day before.
Yes and yes.
Delivery was on time, late September 2020.
The car was in good order and looked better in the flesh. In fact it looked sexy.
The invoice arrived the day before, which is the time the vehicle has to be paid for, showing a nil balance.
If you are in doubt about buying off the internet I would not go anywhere else.
No need to as I have done all the checks for you.
The only thing you will have to do is choose a colour of the car of your choice.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Like previous reviewers I wondered if the deal was good as it appears but it genuinely is. I also was concerned about parting with my money before receiving the care but I had nothing to fear. The car was delivered as expected. The communication was excellent. John was always very prompt and helpful with his responses putting up with my many questions. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them. Why pay £5k more from your local dealer?

Absolutely amazing company! Can't believe what a good deal we got. I was so sceptical because it really seemed too good to be true. I read all the reviews and searched high and low on the internet to check this company out. I found nothing but good reviews but was still sceptical when we were asked to pay the full amount via bank transfer 2 days before delivery. We decided to drive to Warrington to collect the car and pay via bank transfer once we were there. We had to travel 5 hours but it meant I didnt have to worry before the delivery. Once we arrived we met the guy that we had been dealing with on the phone and were given the keys to our new car! We are so happy with it so thank you. We have now received our logbook from the DVLA and are extremely happy. Thank you, we will definetly buy a new car from you in the future and feel comfortable to pay via bank transfer and have the car delivered to us directly.
