My account has been locked for over 2 weeks now I have bent over backwards to get everything they needed to prove my identity and have gotten nothing but a run around on my funds being unlocked in which I really need to get access to but not only that you have taken out a$5 monthly fee for an account that I couldn't get my own money out of how is that loving your customer it is All the money I have and have been forced to do with out it it was like it didn't matter what financial hardships it has been causing me through this whole process I have been a customer with you off and on for about 10 years now and have never had this problem until now and I am being treated like you have never ever even had me as a customer it's been so disheartening to be going through this over money that belongs to me having someone else keeping me from using it I trusted you to keep it safe for me not from me and you have acted as if you should have trust issues with me for absolutely no reason after all it's my money and not yours I would be absolutely ashamed to treat someone this way

Works great. Netspend has improved over the years. I have several different accounts but Netspend is where I have my as my default account for over 5 years now.

Netspend has always been dependable for me. I really appreciate their services and would recommend them to anyone!!!

NetSpend Has Always Made Everything Easier For Me

I love my netspend account anytime I have an issue. It is always resolved in a timely matter and I like the fact that I get alerts on a regular when there is activity and deposits with my account and I also like the fact that Netspend is accepted anywhere that I make purchases thank you, Netspend

Netspend had a promotion I would get 100 to deposit my tax refund into all access account. I messaged netspe d and they determined I indeed was eligible for the 100. Good of them to fix it that’s why I’m a All Access member for yrs now

Netspend has great customer service, every time my direct deposit is sent its always accurate and on time and I always and quickly get notified of any activity on my account.

Why i don't have overdraft on my card? Other than that I good with y'all

I’ve been with Netspend for years and thinking about closing my account and just sticking to my real bank account! Netspend is starting to rob me blind! It cost an arm and leg to take your money out your account!! It charge to even use cash app which is insane!! The banks they use for “free” are thousands of miles away so there’s no way to get my money without losing money!! I’m so over Netspend all access whatever they want to be called I hate it I wouldn’t recommend!!

Posting 3 days early of my automatic deposits. All the benefits of any bank checking account but without the paper checks. E-mail, text notifications of all transactions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you.

Difficult adding money. And very pricy due charges $2 every transaction and almost $5 to add money. Very steep. Looking at other companies with less fees.
