​NEVER BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!! I am sharing my experience to alert other potential buyers. In August 2024, I purchased a hot and cold water SPA (NetSpa) supplied by Poolstar/Mijn Sporttoestel through the Decathlon Marketplace (Order #PT1909409093).
​From day one, the product never functioned as advertised:
​Incorrect Parts: It arrived with wrong tubing, taking two months and multiple incorrect shipments just to get basic installation parts.
​Defective Chiller: The cooling unit immediately shut off displaying an "OFF" error. Instead of offering proper technical support, Poolstar sent internal electronic components for me to disassemble and replace myself without specialized assistance.
​Refusal to Take Ownership: Despite videos proving the defect and registered letters sent, Poolstar refused to send a technician or issue a full refund. They offered a conditional return where I would be forced to pay diagnostic and shipping costs for an already proven defective item.
​After 2 years of constant emails, formal letters, and involvement with consumer defense entities in France, the issue remains completely unresolved and the warranty has expired on a product that never worked. This situation caused direct financial damage and lost business with clients.
​Highly disappointed with Poolstar's total lack of accountability, poor quality control, and abysmal customer service. Avoid.

Catastrophique mon moteur de Spa tombe en panne 6 mois après l'installation je l'envoie en garantie une fois celui-ci réceptionné je ne l'ouvre pas faisant confiance (et aucune envie d'installer ça en plein hiver) les beaux jours revenant je l'ouvre et le trouve à moitié démonté ce n'était même pas le mien qui avait une apparence encore neuve il y avait des moisissures à l'intérieur totalement HS impossible de le faire reprendre la garantie étant maintenant expiré.. juste une bande d'arnaqueurs

n’achetez surtout pas de spa chez eux. une catastrophe !! à fuir !! vous allez le regretter.
J’ai acheté un spa en mai 2026, il ne chauffe pas au delà de 33 degrés. Et ils osent me répondre que c’est une « mini piscine chauffé » et non un spa !! OR, sur leur site c’est bien indiqué « spa pouvant aller jusqu’à 40 degrés » … j’ai payé 1400 euros. clairement, j’ai perdu mon argent et je suis bloqué avec un truc à 1400 euros qui me sert de « mini piscine ».
N’investissez pas la dedans..
j’ai demandé au SAV de trouver une solution, ils traînent à me répondre..
je ne recommande pas du tout les spas chez eux…

This company sells a SPA named OCTOPUS that becomes unusable after 2 years as air from the pump inflates some part of the liner that becomes like a 'baloon' on the sides until it ters the upper border. This company rejected to send a replament Liner at the 2 year warranty period is just over. So a lot of money burned on a very poor quality product !

Dit bedrijf verkoopt een SPA met de naam OCTOPUS die na 2 jaar onbruikbaar wordt omdat de lucht uit de pomp een deel van de liner opblaast dat aan de zijkanten een soort ballon wordt tot aan de bovenrand. Dit bedrijf weigerde een vervangende liner te sturen terwijl de garantieperiode van 2 jaar net voorbij is. Dus veel geld verbrand aan een product van zeer slechte kwaliteit!

Cette société vend un SPA nommé OCTOPUS qui devient inutilisable après 2 ans car l'air de la pompe gonfle une partie du liner qui devient comme un « ballon » sur les côtés jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne le bord supérieur. Cette société a refusé d'envoyer une doublure de remplacement alors que la période de garantie de 2 ans vient de s'achever. Donc beaucoup d'argent dépensé pour un produit de très mauvaise qualité !
