Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

I needed two new sofas
I needed two new sofas, and so I qualified for a Neptune designer and she was amazing. My sitting room was transformed from a very ugly grey room, to soft blues, greens, two wonderful large Eva sofas, large footstool, two Matilda chairs, some Coniston tables, and now the room is relaxing, but also smart, and great for entertaining.

Excellent product and service
Excellent customer service in store. We looked at a number of tables. Staff were knowledgeable but didn’t push and left us to ponder while we made our decision.
We were informed of delivery date which we needed to change.
The delivery drivers were also excellent. They assembled the table with great respect for our property. I would have given 5 stars but no attached info on product maintenance.

Great floral workshops
I absolutely love Neptune. The workshops are extremely interesting and give me lots of ideas to create floral displays at home.The staff make you feel so welcome and it's great to chat to like minded people over great coffee! Thankyou!

Professional Neptune Fitters
Our TV unit was delivered with a piece missing so we had to call customer services to arrange a follow up delivery. The follow up team who put the TV unit together were very helpful and efficient and helped me set up the TV as well.

Staff at the Winchester store are always friendly and helpful. My recently placed order with them arrived quickly. I have also previously had my kitchen designed and fitted by them. Extremely happy with the finished product and customer service.

The staff at the Winchester shop were really welcoming, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble, they even got a bowl of water for my dog. That’s real kindness!

Wonderful Winchester
Walked into your Winchester store and was greeted by the gorgeous staff. Super helpful. Bought one of your dreamy coffee tables. Lizzie was super efficient and helpful with delivery etc. also have great advice with regards to paint choices for a south facing room. Amazing service and wouldn’t hesitate to go to your store again. Your staff are a credit to your brand name.

Replacement table
We unfortunately had an ongoing problem with our Henley extending table which we purchased from Neptune Winchester. We explained the problem to Ella who made arrangements for the table to be inspected by Neptune technicians who agreed that there were problems with the table and it could be replaced.
Ella arranged with Natalie at Neptune Reading for my wife and I to visit as the store had a greater range of tables to view.We finally decided on the Arundel table and Ella agreed a date for the collection of the Henley table and replacement Arundel table.
Both Ella and Natalie were absolutely brilliant, terrific customer service and certainly great Ambassadors for Neptune.
