Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

1st rate attention.
Even though we ended up not taking the table we were interested in, we had unstinting help, advice and patience from all 5 of the staff we engaged with over 2/3 days. They happily emailed photos and further advice without exerting any pressure to buy.
Classy customer service.

Love, love, love this store. All the staff we have encountered have been brilliant and so helpful. We have just purchased two beautiful sofas and are absolutely delighted with them. We bought some kitchenware from Neptunes and I must say the range of beautiful furniture and accessories they have on offer are simply amazing and of such high quality. We will definitely be returning to purchase more in the future. The young lad Danyaal really helped us and was very informative and knowledgeable about the products and even offered advice about other pieces. Thoroughly impressed and a fantastic experience not your normal shop at all!!

Absolutely in love with my new table…
Absolutely in love with my new table with recently moving to my own property, I have been on the hunt for the perfect table and fell in love with this one. The men delivering (Mike and Sean) made the experience even more special as they were both so lovely, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for some bar stools. So worth the long wait!
