But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

2 issues..
2 issues... I ordered 2 pots of paint and paid for them only 1 has arrived. Not only that the name of the paint colour is correct but the colour of the paint is nowhere close to being right, I would like a manager call me I can then send photos or video and show exactly what I have been sent

Thanks to Dax for all the assistance with the design. The kitchen has been in situ now for a month, excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

Great Service
Great service from Jo at the Knutsford store. She helped us decide on a layout that was right for us and did not rush us. Her follow up throughout the process has been excellent. The delivery by Josh and Alfi was flawless. The items are all great and fit into our home extremely well. Thanks to all involved.

Great service from the Knutsford store…
Great service from the Knutsford store in ordering a Lloyd loom armchair to complement the dining chairs I’ve got already, and getting it delivered to the store for pickup rather than paying a huge delivery fee! In the sale too.

We had an amazing experience with Neptune. The customer service was top-notch, Chrissy was really lovely and very helpful and the sofa we bought exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Neptune to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

What a beautiful shopping experience
What a beautiful shopping experience. Stunning silk flowers. Lovely staff, a kind lady called Lindsay helped my elderly mother to the car with some shopping bags. My mother was so grateful.

I called into the Knutsford store last…
I called into the Knutsford store last Thursday morning and the two ladies that served me were so lovely.
I explained that I was having a Neptune table and chairs delivered later that day and they could not be more helpful as regards looking after the table and how to treat it.
When the table and chairs were delivered that afternoon the two delivery men were again so pleasant and helpful
