Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Best selection
We went to a number of stores, but this location had the best selection. The employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable, and I was able to pick out a beautiful set for my garden. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I love Neptune!!
I love Neptune, and even though Knutsford wasn’t our local / usual store, it didn’t disappoint at all. Beautiful showroom and displays, plus the team there were wonderfully helpful and very friendly. I can’t rate the service or products highly enough!

Poor quality and poor quality control
Placed 3 orders with them in the last 12 months. First was a chair that was cracked so badly the driver apologised as he dropped it off. Store and head office were super helpful and new chair delivered a few days later
Second order was fine.
Third order, a sideboard, I waited 4 months for and it turned up with a dent in the top. I complained, no returned emails from anyone just a "your replacement item will be there in 2 weeks"...
I started buying from Neptune 15 years ago (Teak outdoor table and chairs that are still great), but that's it for me, it's cheap feeling (thin wood) and the quality is poor... no more purchases from me I'm afraid

Fantastic service
Visited the fantastic store in Knutsford to choose a new dining table and chairs. Vicky was so helpful and really inspired us to make our choice. All the staff in the store are lovely and so helpful and we were very efficient keeping us updated about our delivery. The furniture looks fantastic.

We've been renovating our home for the…
We've been renovating our home for the last 12 months and have purchased a number of items from Neptune Knutsford. We've had to push delivery dates back on a couple of occasions and they've always been very accommodating. We've had a couple of issues with some of the pieces of furniture but the delivery guys were great and pointed out the defect before we'd even noticed them and arranged replacements there and then.
The service we've received from Vicky, Stevie and the rest of the team has always been excellent. Vicky has given us lots of advice and ideas for our renovation project and they've always been super responsive with any questions I've had.
Everything has now been delivered, it's all in perfect condition and is looking great!

Stunning
We used the Neptune design service and were delighted with the results. Vicky was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help us create the perfect space and was always on hand for any questions throughout the process. Every member of staff at the store itself is always very professional and helpful, we often order items in to collect so that we have an excuse to visit!

Poor Customer Service
We seen a vase in the Knutsford store that we liked & asked to purchase it. We was told this was not possible even though they had two in the store.
So we reluctantly ordered one (had to pay upfront as well) & was told it would be a few weeks.
With the exception of a couple of e-mails there was no updates as to the delay, which turned out to be three months before it finally arrived.
To make matters worse we had been out & arrived home to find it had just been left on the door step.
I phoned the shop & explained what had happened and how disappointed I was with the whole experience from Neptune.
The customer service has been poor from the start and has really put me off going back to shop there ever again.

Let down and disappointed
Lovely furniture but shocking interior design guidance. Honestly don't waste your money on it. Waiting times for furniture are ridiculous and no one tells you this during the design process. Our expectations were so high and we were very badly let down and disappointed by the so called expert.
