Very unusual company. They actually keep items in stock! Their local showroom is excellent with first class staff who are courteous, interested and effective. They have delivered 5 times to us. Each time was exactly as agreed and the delivery staff on every occasion have been polite, helpful and effective. Product quality is excellent. Not cheap but well worth it!

I never usually give feedback on individual service received but we were so angry after our experience in your Hailsham store that I felt compelled to do so, especially as we had taken a 50 mile trip to visit.
Disinterest and boredom and clueless about the questions we asked, the member of staff gave us information that looking at the laptop over her shoulder was completely incorrect, three times this happened, after which we left.
We have bought items previously from Neptune and always been delighted hence our visit, this time we returned home and placed our order with Oka.

An inspiration to walk round the wonderful room settings . Helpful and friendly staff.

Neptune delivered a platform bed to us just before Christmas they carried it upstairs build the bed and removed all the packaging. Both the gentleman delivering were very polite. So all in all excellent service thank you.

Very sadly I ordered a lamp from them in august and finally got it last week ! I know there are huge problems with freight and deliveries atm but was told it would be here for September then October etc etc so maybe don’t sell items in the store which you don’t have sufficient to sell!!

The staff are good, Larisa, one of the home designers was really good for our home where we used her ideas and concepts throughout. What was really disappointing was our experience once we’d placed orders and paid in full back-in April/May all the deliveries were delayed, what used to be 4-6 weeks became 4-6 months and in fact as I write this in December am still waiting for items.

Communication between HQ and the store was very poor often leaving the staff in the store totally unaware of what the status was.

Generally the products are good. We had some damage issues on sofa’s that were replaced promptly and a series of lamps that were damaged but to be honest were poor to begin with resembling an A Level art project rather than a £200 lamp. These were all sorted out eventually but alongside difficult and delayed deliveries did nothing to improve our experience.

A lot of stores are obviously experiencing delivery issues but what was not good was taking all our money up front knowing these issues existed and then trying to ‘manage’ us along the way.

Go in and buy with your eyes fully wide open and check the status of how deliverable the products actually are.

Such a lovely store to wander around and you do feel so calm! Staff are friendly and helpful too :-)

Excellent product. Easy to order online. Neptune performed as expected.

Delivery was poor and Neptune really ought to have better organised delivery partners.
When the online order was placed Neptune advised of a most likely delivery date, 8th November. UPS confirmed at 3pm on 4th November that delivery would be on 8th November. On 4th November at 11 pm UPS sent an email advising that delivery would be on 5th November. UPS do allow, via their app, changes to be made to delivery but when very short notice changes to the schedule are made this is not really feasible. We managed to be in to receive the delivery, although this also was inconvenient because unlike other delivery companies, UPS do not provide live delivery tracking, hence the need to be in all day.

We popped into our local shop on Saturday, lovely ladies helped us and we ordered our coffee table and on the following Friday it had been delivered, with no imperfections (a rarity these days!) with all packaging taken away.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I was phoned and advised my table was being delivered with my bar stools and then 2 days later emailed to say that my table was in a container somewhere ? What happened in those 2 days that it changed ?

We ordered a table lamp and side table. They were both delivered as promised and the quality was exactly as expected. The two chaps who delivered the goods unpacked everything for us and took the packaging away. They were very friendly, polite and very courteous. The whole experience was excellent.

We absolutely love all the furniture and accessories we have recently bought from Neptune Hailsham. Larisa inspired us with some beautiful and innovative ideas and put it all together beautifully. We are delighted!

There was a delay on the delivery of the item I'd bought but I was kept informed which I very much appreciated and as it happened it didn't really matter how long it took. However, I then received an email giving me a delivery date and instructions to ring a number by 10am the following day otherwise my date could be moved back. I was not happy about this as it was only by chance I'd read my emails but I rang the number - no reply. I tried again the following morning - no reply so what good was that! I then rang the shop I'd bought the item from and had exemplary service in obtaining confirmation that delivery would go ahead during the morning which was my preferred time. I'm absolutely delighted with the item I bought which matches a previous purchase from Neptune.

We have bought from Hailsham Neptune for many years. The quality is excellent and Rebecca and her team are professional, experienced and friendly.
