Another excellent service from Neptune , saw beautiful dinning chairs in the Edgbaston store , armed with measurements order them on line.
This store is amazing and make you feel as if it’s home from home , so friendly and welcoming - I only went in the buy paint !

We visited the beautiful Neptune store in Edgbaston, Birmingham. The friendly and knowledgeable staff advised us on furniture styles, finishes and colours. We purchased bar stools, the Arundel dining table and eight carvers. There was a super deal on the shingle painted Wardley chairs.

I always go to my local Neptune store in Edgbaston as the quality of the service is excellant along with the store layout and quality of the displayed merchandise and furniture . I am never disappointed and always leave with a purchase and lots of ideas for my home .
My recent trip I went in to purchase paint and came home to order 4 new dinning chairs ! .
The quality of service in store and on ordering on line was great with quick call from Swindon to arrange delivery .

Gorgeous products and great service. Shout out to TJ at the Egbaston store who has been so helpful during a recent house project, she’s really helped us redesign part of our house, with creative ideas to achieve a result we absolutely love.

I regularly shop here, at least once a month, and I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience has been, especially thanks to Harpreet Karen.

She is incredibly friendly, professional, and has such great taste. Her recommendations are always spot on, and she genuinely makes shopping an enjoyable experience. Even when I don’t plan to buy much, her positive attitude and helpful advice often encourage me to pick something up.

We popped into Edgbaston Neptune on this gloomy day today. However, the greeting from Karen was very warm and welcoming. Even our little dog got a friendly greeting and a treat! we love Neptune, but it’s a bit of a jaunt to get there, but a visit like today always makes it worthwhile with the service being the icing on the cake. We wanted to purchase a few items that were not available in store, so the staff kindly put an order through for us. We had a very happy experience browsing this beautiful store, interacting with the very pleasant staff; Karen, Harpreet and Khotan and making a purchase which we are looking forward to receiving via delivery. Thank you Neptune Edgebaston, you set the bar high today fortunately for us : )

I took a chance by ordering the Suffolk table and the wycombe chairs with out seeing them I was not disappointed it looks fabulous in my kitchen and the quality is brilliant.
Delivery was prompt and the chaps that brought them were professional and extremely helpful .

Both TJ and Khotan helped me with Christmas gifts and decoration for my Cat Friendly Home. Love all my purchases. You guys remind me so much of my favorite US store, Restoration Hardware

Great personal service. Phone contact as required to book on delivery slot to suit. The two guys who delivered my sofa were very helpful and careful and even helped me to move my old sofa into the garage. (Martin and Lee)

Our new kitchen puts a smile on my face every day and our experience with Neptune was outstanding. The designer from the Edgbaston store worked out the plans together with us in a highly sensitive manner and with an abundance of patience and respect for our personal preferences, eventually finding the perfect solution for our space. The installation was an absolutely smooth process and communication with everyone at Neptune excellent at all times. I can highly recommend Neptune for the high quality products, amazing support and reliable service throughout as well as the personal touch.

The Wardrobe was sent to us damaged. No action has been taken to rectify the matter.
