The Chester store is lovely, easily accessible, plenty of parking and set out and staged beautifully. The large store allow you to see a large range of products. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Really great experience with Neptune…
Really great experience with Neptune all starting with the fabulous and friendly service we received from the shop in Chester, through to the care and attention with the packaging and delivery of the lovely lamps that we ordered.
We have visited lots of Neptune shops in the UK and have always been made to feel welcome and valued and is definitely my wife's favourite place to shop.

Received a call to arrange the delivery of our new headboard.
Delivery arrived punctually, beautifully packaged and very helpful delivery men , they unpacked and fitted it and took away all the packaging.

My Neptune delivery
My Neptune delivery, I received my new dining table last week. I’m really pleased with the quality of the product and the two young men who delivered it were great. They assembled it very quickly then gave me some after care information on how to keep it looking great. Have always enjoyed shopping in Neptune and I’m sure will return again and again in the future.

We visited the store just great friendly service outside…
We visited the store just outside Chester and were greeted by staff who made us coffee and helped us to view and understand the range. We purchased two lamps and were given all the information we needed on the items we were interested in. This was followed up by emails thanking us for our purchase and gave us details of the items we had shown interest in. Overall a great experience.

Poor experience Oct 2024
The product was paid for in full and ordered in June and arrived in October way longer than told by the Chester store.
Spoke to customer experience team in head office - nothing to do with them attitude.
Purchased a lot of furniture and soft furnishings from Neptune over the years and the quality is good.
This time the experience was poor and to the point i will think twice ordering anything else from them.
In fact i went to the Cotswold company recently to purchase some further items for our new annex.

Quick, efficient and courteous
Kept updated about delivery time after being given 3 hour delivery slot. Delivery crew were helpful and courteous. Unwrapped everything and put it together and put it where I wanted.

I chose Neptune again
I had a Neptune kitchen in my previous house and loved it, particularly the bi-fold cupboard which concealed all the clutter and the pan and spice drawers. I very much wanted a Neptune kitchen in my new house and have chosen Henley in oak. Again, the workmanship is beautiful.
