Neptune - Chesham Anmeldelser 

Always such a treat visiting Neptune Chesham! I attended the colour event in store yesterday with a friend and we had such a lovely time. It had such a relaxing atmosphere with lots of nibbles and drinks, and a beautiful goodie bag to take home, which was a lovely surprise! The talk from Simon was so informative and interesting, and I came away with so many ideas and tips for my own home! We then enjoyed a mooch around the store, which looked beautiful as ever, and the whole team couldn’t be more attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit- We always had a refreshment in hand! Overall a wonderful experience as always, and I look forward to attending lots more upcoming events in the future!

We bought a lovely small sideboard to add to our growing collection of Neptune items.the quality is excellent and worth saving for. The sideboard was delivered with real care and I can’t thank the drivers enough. They were friendly and put everything together.

I would just like to say I was served by Jo Reeves today. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. She presented with a warm calm and polite manner. Her knowledge of the products in store was impressive and she really did not mind doing endless trips to the storage room to check for items despite what I felt, being understaffed. Jo also Managed to find these lamps I had been looking for and she emailed to let me know she had sourced them. So I went in today to purchase them. Her colleague in the shop floor was also very helpful and hands on and carried my items to the car. Over all my experience was really good and as result I will be visiting more often, as I am really big on customer service which was brilliant. The store is very lucky to have such dedicated and committed staff. Thank you Jo for all your help today and yesterday.

Great experience shopping in Neptune. Adam was so helpful - this is the 2nd time he’s helped us & we cannot praise him highly enough. We were offered a drink, our dog was given treats & process for ordering our furniture could not have been easier. Thank you. We will be back!

Adam and Emily were so helpful. They gave me advice on what colours would work in our living room and gave me some great ideas.
They’ve also helped me choose some lovely accessories to go in our new cupboards.

I called today for some replacement bulbs for lights that I had previously ordered from Neptune. Jo was so helpful and got things sorted in an instance. Thanks Jo you are a star⭐️

I visited the Chesham store recently, retail and customer service at its best. You’re made to feel welcome as soon as you step through the door. The staff are always helpful. Emily (think she’s new) answered all my questions and was very attentive.

Such helpful, friendly, welcoming and warm staff. They offered refreshments, advice about what we needed and options. They took such care and time with us, showing us alternatives online if pieces weren’t in store. We felt so looked after. We love visiting our Neptune - even browsing is such an enjoyable experience! Thanks always to the team.

Excellent service. Helpful staff in the shop, and having placed an order the communication was great regarding the delivery. The delivery team were friendly and respectful, and handled the furniture with care. They unpacked, put the furniture where requested and took away the packaging. I would definitely go back to Neptune in the future.

I just want to say what super service I experienced at the Chesham branch of Neptune on Friday, which these days is so often hard to come by. From the moment I walked through the door nothing was too much trouble and all my enquiries were answered immediately or researched on line. Emily and Jo helped me purchase some rather large items from the shop and then carried them out to my car, carefully loading them for me. I can thoroughly recommend Neptune at Chesham!

We have just completed our kitchen remodel. From start to finish, it’s been a pleasure working with Chloe and James at Neptune. We went to the Chesham store when deciding on kitchens and were immediately drawn to the quality and beauty of the Henley collection. We met Chloe that day and her assistance from the start and throughout the design phase was invaluable. She helped us navigate through all the decisions of cabinets, floors, worktops, appliances, etc. ensuring we were informed and happy with each decision. As we moved into the building phase, the detailed plans provided and oversight of the project by James was a huge benefit. Our installer, Anthony did an incredible job attending to every detail of the install, his work is perfection. The whole team is dedicated and meticulous in their work. Seeing our kitchen transform from concept to reality has been an amazing experience. Our Neptune kitchen is stunning and every detail of the kitchen is perfect and exactly as we hoped.

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen! The team at Neptune have been amazing, from designing, to sight visits right through to installation. Chloe & Jame's professionalism and technical expertise along with their attention to detail has meant the entire experience has genuinely been a pleasure. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

The whole experience was fantastic from visiting the Chesham shop , the ordering and delivery service to the guys that came to make and fit the furniture .
I would highly recommend.

A big thank you to Chloe and all the team at Neptune in Chesham, having a new kitchen is always fraught with tension! From the design process, to their patience with us and our builders and to the installation was exemplary. A big shout out to Anthony - the fitter - who's meticulous attention to detail and not to be rushed until is was 'just right' was reassuring. On to the conservatory design service now, Neptune!

Really enjoyable time spent with Mary this morning going through colours, materials & ideas. Mary listened to what was important to me for our projectand and gave an honest and inspired array of options. Looking forward to returning to Neptune, Chesham soon, many thanks! Laura P
