Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Great service and advice from the Chesham Team
The Team at Neptune Chesham are always so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had previously used them to revamp a sitting room and when we purchased a London flat with our children; the Chesham store was the place to go to for advice.
After a number of emails and visits the Team helped us fit out the flat and advise on a colour scheme. If anything wasn’t quite right, they were happy to help out with returns and sourcing replacements. I was kept up to date with timings for deliveries and when we were faced with delays for some of the items an explanation was always provided.
Thank you to the whole Team, which is very well lead from the front.

A comment for the manufacturer; they need to ensure the instruction booklet matches the model and includes the details of the bulb required.

Very disappointed.
Having waited some weeks for the lamp to arrive when we switched it on it was faulty. We now have the inconvenience of having to return it to the store and await a replacement and then return to collect it. Not very good for a lamp costing almost £400.

Chesham Neptune is my go to store for…
Chesham Neptune is my go to store for paint now and expert advice on colours. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about design and are always able to help with paint colours which I find invaluable. Emily has helped me transform my open plan space by using colour I would never have thought of using. This has inspired me to decorate another room and be much bolder than before with my neutral colour palette! Thank you Emily , cant wait to get started again! Lovely friendly staff too!

Amazing service, amazing sofa
We bought the Long Island Empress Sofa and couldn’t be more delighted! Start to finish it’s been a fabulous experience! Love the sofa, worth every penny! Two delivery guys Clint & Marcin couldn’t have been more professional, helpful and charming! Thank you Neptune! x

AVOID AVOID AVOID ! My other half just called for a “free”consultation appointment. What a ridiculous process. Called back a representative , after my partner Danny had been asked at least 10 questions about our situation, they wanted us to submit our kitchen plans in advance and pay £350.00 so their designer could work on this is isolation. In essence they do not want to commit to a fixed number having spoken to a Second Lady after Patsi still more questions and no free appointment. I think it must be easier to get an appointment with the prime Minister than Neptune kitchens. Is this how you want potential customers to feel Neptune ? We will be going to somewhere else who know how to treat a customer. Shocking !

I have spoken with our Store Leader, Laura, who is going to give you a call to discuss your feedback and would be happy to explore this further to see how we can support your project. I am sorry you felt it was difficult to get an appointment.
We do value your feedback and always feel it is important to be transparent for other readers. You are correct, when ready to create your kitchen design pack, a £350 design fee is payable, which if you choose to proceed with Neptune to order, is reduced from your order total.
Our cabinetry as designed by our founder does not conform to standard sizing, to ensure a timeless bespoke look, and therefore does need to be designed to fit the rooms of our customers.
We do have a kitchen estimator tool available to all customers on our website which I hope will be of help too, and this can found by typing in ‘Kitchen Estimator’ into the search bar on our website.
I am sorry again for the frustration and upset caused and we hope to have the opportunity to speak with you soon.

I honestly love this store
I honestly love this store, and the team who work there. It’s always so beautifully presented, and offers so much inspiration. The team are knowledgeable and can help you with any home/interiors query and are super lovely to boot. The store manager offered a really nice experience - first understanding why we were there, discreetly directing us to what we wanted (and needed to see) as well as making us a delicious coffee to enjoy whilst browsing. Just a really nice experience and one that felt personable and useful…. and one which makes me go back again and again!

Garden furniture
We are delighted with our new garden furniture. It looks attractive and is very comfortable. The staff at Chesham were extremely pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. …. and the delivery drivers were great too . They arrived on time …..unpacked… and placed all the furniture where we wanted it . They even played with our dogs !
I would definitely use Neptune again .

It was good
It was good , but struggled with delivery people they didn’t ring I had to chase then wait a long time . Also got charged double for my cabinet handles £800 instead of £400 and only got invoiced for half . Staff are lovely but whole experience needs to be slicker at those prices I’m afraid .
