Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Gorgeous but completely disorganised
Neptune has gorgeous products and a fantastic design aesthetic. However, they are highly disorganised in their delivery systems and products can easily take six months to arrive. They are also not entirely transparent at the point of purchase that their products, although designed in the uk, are manufactured abroad (China?). Their young staff are charming and frequently embarrassed at the many shortcomings of the procurement and delivery of products.

I am so sorry that you have received the poor experiences due to delays in manufacturing your orders and the shipping from China. I also thank you for being patient with us. We have tried our best to keep you updated and I'm sorry that the information supplied may have not been as detailed as expected. Two delivery men came with the new…
Two delivery men came with the new rectangular umbrella but in windy conditions. They managed to get the cover on but there was no way the umbrella could be put in position so they left it in an outhouse.
Told to ring them if more help was needed.

Stock Issues
Visited the Cheltenham store on Monday 26th. Staff were lovely but 3 out of 4 things I went to purchase were out of stock sadly.

2 x Excellent headboards
Slightly mis-sold. Delivery guys expected us to fit headboards to the wall.
Full marks to Cheltenham branch for very quick response, arranging fitting.

Great service from order to delivery
Right from ordering the products through to delivery we received excellent service and the chairs are beautiful. When you spend a lot of money on quality you expect high standards of service and Neptune delivered.

Excellent level of service from Neptune…
Excellent level of service from Neptune Cheltenham and ultimately kept us abreast of a delivery change. The two Wycombe side chairs ordered are also excellent both in their design and manufacture. The delivery team were personable and very efficient too.
