Fantastic product and quick delivery.

I requested samples which arrived quickly and was impressed with the quality.
I also received lots of advice and help, even though in the end I didn't buy from NeoGrass

We were in two minds about laying artificial turf but our front lawn just wouldn’t grow. We did a huge amount of research to find artificial grass which looked as real as possible. Neograss’s Halo 40 was the stand out winner. We just can’t believe how realistic it looks and feels. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s worth paying the premium.

I have had artificial grass from 3 companies now and the Halo from Neograss is by a distance the best and most realistic grass I have had, the free rake was a wee bonus.

Do not use this company, After researching numerous suppliers I went for NeoGrass and after receiving samples and numerous emails on how fantastic they were etc I decided to order over £3k of grass from them on the 15/08/25, worst decision ever. I received a confirmation email confirming stock so I placed the order. After 5 days I received another email telling me they had no stock and would not have anymore stock until the end of September, so delivery would have been in October. So I cancelled and ask for a refund, this is where it all started to go wrong. I had to ask numerous times for the refund, they kept trying to palm me off with something I did not want and could not seem to understand why I had cancelled the complete order ( I had ordered other items too like glue, tape , staples and 16 bags of the deofil they sell) when they were only out of stock of the grass. Custom services were really bad, full of excuses and vail promises which they didn’t keep. After a lot of emails and phone calls and I mean a lot I finally received my full refund on the 09/09/25 a full month after the original request, coincidence or what ??? Anyway stay clear if you don’t want to be let down and taken for a ride, you have been warned.

but its not working ,spoke to customer services and she can't help me was asking me to contact the director - pls don't give falls promises

Looked into all, got samples and the brochures, got a lot of emails telling me all about the product so I ordered, order confirmation said 5-7days for delivery. Money is taken. Arranged for it to be fitted. I then get an email 5days later to say they don’t have any in stock and aren’t expecting it until the following week! So I will have to go elsewhere but refund also takes 3-5 days. If they hadn’t taken my money I wouldn’t have arranged for my fitter. Disappointed now going to have to spend time trying to obtain from elsewhere now. Not very good customer service,

I ordered several tubes of adhesive and joining tape for a my artificial grass project and the items arrived well packaged within two days.

The delivery charges were also very reasonable compared to others and I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered two lots of artificial grass glue now and both orders have arrived within two days so extremely fast service.
