The customer service from this company is appalling - do not order from them.
I ordered an item and when it didn’t arrive within the timescales they gave me, I contacted them and was offered a refund. Two months later and I still haven’t had my money refunded - they tried to get my account and sort code details out of me too which was totally unnecessary. I must have sent over 20 e mails chasing my refund and just get fobbed off every time. They’re not interested in helping - just send the standard “we’re looking into it” response every time and then blame a third party. Total scam. You’ve been warned.

we''r all having the same experience! thought I was buying from a UK business, 3 wks after I ordered product hadn't arrived, emailed, lovely Aaron replied quickly..still no product....& on it goes!! Thankfully paid via PayPal so I opened a dispute & got my money back!
I really wish I had checked these reviews before ordering as I am getting the same problems as the other reviewers. Ordered on 6/11/24 thinking it was an UK company and still waiting for a delivery 26/11/24. They haven’t even sent the order out as far as I can see. I always take a screenshot of orders I place so I have that at least. My advice is don’t order at all.
Can only confirm I have had the same experience as everyone else. Thought I was ordering from a UK company with a quoted 5-day delivery period. It's been over 3 weeks and no sign of any goods or communication from the company. Tracking number says it's still in transit from China. No idea if or when it will be delivered.
I placed my order on 8/6/24 and assumed ordering from a .co.uk website, with a support email ending in .co.uk and a phone number starting +44 that I was ordering from a UK company. How wrong could I be 😡
Within a few hours of placing my order I received an email with a tracking number saying it had been despatched, then 2 minutes later a further email, saying it would be sent from their other warehouse, this ‘other’ warehouse was in China, but it was too late to cancel my order as it was tagged as despatched😡
On checking the tracking number, the item was awaiting despatch.
It was finally despatched on 26/6/24 and I received it today 2/7/24.
I wish there was an option for no stars.
Warnings;
It gets dispatched from China which they don't advise until you are sent a tracking.
It takes weeks to arrive with no updates.
Customer service is a joke.
Mine was dumped in a bin that I found by accident as I had not even been notified that it had been delivered. I had been constantly checking.
It came in a bit of plastic no advice or directions as to how to use.
It appears very cheap and is very uncomfortable.
Please do not waste your money buying from this company.
As others have said, avoid like the plague! I ordered the neck cloud and an orthopedic pillow thinking they were coming from the UK only to discover that they were actually coming from China. The neck cloud took nearly five weeks to arrive and the pillow seven weeks. As for the quality, I could buy a better pillow from a market stall! On this occasion I wish I'd stick with Amazon!
Avoid at all cost! Order took over a month to arrive from China! Cheap horrible products! Customer service unreachable, but they were quick to contact me when I open a dispute with the bank (on the website it says delivery within 5 to 7 working days), they have not agreed a return within 5 days, but still trying to get the money from the bank!
As others have mentioned the website is complete scam. I was as well fooled that the order is coming from UK and that i am purchasing an original product. It took a month to arrive and the quality is horrible. Such a shame that companies like this are left unpunished
Paid 28 pounds for this cheap looking plastic neck cloud to be shipped all the way from china. It took ages to arrived. It looks cheap and I REALISED IT IS CHEAPER ON AMAZON AND EBAY
This company or people behind this are absolutely fraud! Do NOT buy from this company. They have a number of fake Web pages claiming to be legitimate but they are not.
I ordered direct in hope to have the genuine item, but this didn't happen. First of all I though it stating the UK I'd have fast deliver. Then it was dispatched from China, it took ages to arrive. Then it was something totally different to my order. The money taken out of my account came up as pet supplies not from the neck cloud. The email provided on the conformation email was bouncing back when I attempted to contact them.
I have had to contact the fraud on my banking to retrieve my money and raise awareness of them being fraudsters. Be aware they also have more than one Web page coming up with a slightly different name.
I have ordered the neck cloud off amazon for the same money now and it was correct and a brilliant item. I've amazon its safer with no fraud happening.
Do not use this company be aware!!!!!
Payment taken but no order confirmation or information about when it will be received. Ordered it over a week ago as a birthday gift. No sign of it, no customer service info. Do not recommend
So wish I’d checked trust pilot before I ordered. Still waiting for my order, the contact email keeps bouncing back. I have no idea when or if I will get delivery.
I've been laying on my living room floor testing out this neck cloud as it has just arrived a month after I ordered it. I was laying there thinking, I feel like a fool, I've been duped. £24 for a rubbish bit of plastic that is too firm to be comfortable or do anything positive.
Bought this product after seeing it advertised on Facebook, like other reviews I thought I was buying from UK company as bought from Neck Cloud UK. Product took weeks to arrive and what arrived today I probably worth £2, it came with a flimsy tiny piece of paper in Chinese and the product is extremely basic. Do not buy from this company.
Buyer Beware
Having seen this product advertised on Facebook I went directly to the Uk website neckcloud.uk rather than going through Amazon as I thought I would be supporting a UK based company.
When I tried to check the tracking for my order I could not see any expected date of delivery. I contacted the company to say that I am really disappointed not to have received this order yet and trying to track it is not easy. I asked them to cancel my order and provide me with a refund.
I got a reply to say sorry for the inconvenience but they cannot issue a refund/cancellation for an order that has been shipped and is in transit to me.
Having bought this via a Uk website I thought the goods were being shipped from the Uk and not China which is now indicated on the tracking information. I asked when can I expect to receive my order and the company cannot give me an expected date of delivery.
Ordered this item from the Neck Cloud Website 30/11/22. I took a photo of the 'order' page, showing a confirmation code. The order said I would receive a confirmation email shortly, with my order number. I never received this. They took £23.99 from my account on 30/11/22. It's 14/12/22 and I still have not received the promised confirmation email with my order number, let alone the package. I have emailed via the Neck Cloud website 'contact' tab, but no response. I also emailed the hello@ email address on the site, but that bounced back. Given the other disgruntled comments on here and their descriptions of the goods that may have finally arrived, God knows what will turn up, if it ever does. At the moment, I'm thinking these guys are thieves.
I ordered 2 neck clouds from this company at the end of October. On 17 November Evri emailed me to confirm delivery that day between 12.30 and 14.30, when I was out. At 14.37 I received a further email from Evri to say that they had tried to deliver the parcel but that it was being returned to sender. Since then I have emailed Neckcloud.uk 3 times via their website but have had no response. Evri's website says that they made 3 attempts to deliver, which is obviously untrue. Emails to the address given on the website bounce back with the message that the email account does not exist.
