Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
I am so sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience.
Our system is designed to give all eligible customers a fair opportunity to secure stock, with a fixed purchase window once items become available. If the order is not completed within this timeframe, the allocation expires and items are released back into stock.
We appreciate that timing and stock availability can be frustrating, especially when you’re waiting for additional items to arrive. Your feedback is noted, and we’ll continue reviewing how clearly we communicate these timeframes to avoid any confusion.
Kindest regards,
Raj
