Hi Andy
Thank you for taking the time to leave such an original review!
We’re especially pleased to hear that you’ve always had a great experience with us and have found the team friendly, efficient and professional. Knowing that this has been your experience consistently really does mean a lot to us.
And as for the deliveries… “Back to the Future” might be our favourite description yet! We’d love to take all the credit, but we should probably give our warehouse team and couriers some of it too! We’ll just keep the DeLorean in reserve for particularly urgent orders.
It’s customers like you, who take the time to leave such a fun and thoughtful review, that make what we do all the more enjoyable. Thank you for your continued custom and support, we really do appreciate it.
Santa, if you’re reading this… the challenge has been set!
All the best,
