Excellent program for athletes, the webinars are very informative for college prep and skill advancement

NCSA College Recruiting
I began my membership with NCSA in 2021 for my oldest daughter. At the time, I did not realize how difficult it would be to work with this company or how challenging it would be to end the membership.
My daughter has been in college for approximately 2.5 years and no longer needs or uses NCSA services. I attempted to cancel my membership in 2023 and have made multiple attempts since then to end the service. Despite these repeated requests, I have been told that I cannot cancel.
I recently discovered that NCSA has continued charging me a $35 monthly fee. When I contacted them again to cancel, I was once more informed that cancellation is not allowed. I do not use these services, do not want these services, and have made repeated good-faith efforts to cancel my membership.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I am simply asking for my membership to be canceled and for the charges to stop. I hope NCSA will address this issue and improve their customer service and cancellation process.

NCSA has been an extremely valuable tool for our family during this time as we are navigating admissions and financial planning for college. Having the ability to communicate directly with college recruiting personnel has been seamless and easy to navigate. Also our personal advisor, Megan, has been a pleasure to work with and has given us solid and constructive information as our daughter prepares for her university education. NCSA is well worth it!!

NCSA helped guide us through the challenging college soccer recruitment process. Coach Becky was thoughtful with her advice, very responsive to texts and emails, and generous with time she spent with us and our daughter. The NCSA app was a convenient place to upload highlight reels, transcripts, awards, and was overall very useful in our college search. When we started with NCSA we were not sure if our daughter would be seen or recruited—we started very late—and we are happy to say that she is now committed to play at a high academic school that was one of her top college choices.

NCSA really helpful, specially for international athletes who lack chances to directly connect with college coaches in US.

NCSA was expensive, but the amount of recruiting knowledge and personal help we got was truly priceless and helped my son obtain a full scholarship to get an incredible education while playing the game he loves as much as life. Recruiting is a lot of work, but NCSA made it easier with a great step by step process, help with videos, and college connections. Thank you, NCSA!!
