Shipping times and customers support a big problem.
Bought a subscription for their potassium supplement. Paid for a shipping delivery of 4 days. After 6 days with no update or contact about delayed shipping I called customer support and was told it's not our problem it's a you and UPS problem?
When I canceled my subscription and requested a refund for my subscription purchase not received or delivered it was refused. I was told if it wasn't delivered in the next 7 to 10 days I could then start Nature's Brands refund process.
In my opinion, their products and shipping failures are no where near worth the hassles of actually receiving the products after paying for their products and shipping, especially after my good faith subscription!
