I bought the Lotus pink absolute in December last year. Hoped that it would be high quality but it smelled artificial like toxic soap. Really bad.
I know how Lotus pink smells like because I bought a 1ml sample from a german seller. Its a very sweet meditative fragrance.

Now I know that sellers who have the REAL lotus absolute take 200-300$ for only 15ml!!! So now i know that a high price tells you everything.

I wanted to return it but the shipping prize is very expansive.

I really want/wanted to order from this company. But it's been super frustrating trying to get a hold of a live person to answer questions/requests. But... just as others have experienced their company 800 number might be a scam - nobody ever answers and NOBODY ever ever gets back.
If you do want to order from this company they may very well have good products (I still might try and order to see what I get) but don't ever expect to get help or have someone to talk to.. I'm wondering how they do the 100% money back guarantee when you can't actually get a hold of a real person to talk to about your order.
LASTLY, I sent many emails and did did finally get an email response to one of my emails and they said they could provide GC reports on their essential oils but they never actually sent the reports I requested. Too bad, from their website I thought the products look amazing especially with the sustainable farming and fairtrade and purity promise.... but it's hard to trust them when you can't really ever get a hold of them.
I did want to say that one of the reviews said they don't provide COA but they actually do provide a download on each individual EO page which is good.

I am a perfumer in the US, love their products and I have ordered quite a bit from them. Absolutes like Rose and White Lotus, as well as cocoa absolute and so many more, all were amazing. I have also purchased carrier oils and hydrosols all were exactly as described. Shipping is fast, and yes I knew it was shipping from New Delhi. So many perfuming ingredients originate in India just FYI. Anyways, I will continue to purchase from them, they are top-notch. They source from all over the world. I have formulated with these ingredients with fabulous results.

Buyer Beware. They will ship but if you want it quick you provide a shipping account. You'd think its out on NY, its not - try India. Exponential added cost. I would have been better to buy local. Furthermore don't try the toll free number. You will not get an answer.

Was just about to order from here, until I noticed all the red flags this site has. First of all, they used another company's (one that I've actually ordered from so I definitely recognize their packaging and logo) product pictures like those were their actual products. They just blurred out the other company's brand name. Second, they have 0 images of their own products and only use stock images for everything. Third, they have bank and wire transfer as payment options. How is this site not a scam. Beware.

PSA! Always do your research before ordering from unknown/unpopular sites and pay attention to every single detail.

This company is not a scam! I just ordered from them on Aug 24, 2019 and my products was shipped on the 29th. I received it in a timely manner seeing that it was shipped from Delhi, India. I received my order on Sept 3rd. The shipping cost is a little on the costly side because they send it FedEx Priority. My products was exactly what I ordered. Will do business with them again.

This is totally fraud and scam web. When you finished the order, there is nothing info about shipment. Be aware of this web
