Technical issues raised are promptly fixed with excellent customer service. Susan Doyle - Supplies Supervisor is especially helpful guiding you to the correct department when you're unsure.

Always competitively priced. Friendly and professional. Quick response to any enquiry. Also and I do find this important Sue does not hassle you with phone calls every few weeks - if you say come back in 3 months time then she will contact you in 3 months and not before. I do like that.

I have been dealing with Sue at Nationwide Franking Sense for years and she just seems to know when I need a new cartridge for the franking machine and she makes the order process simple and it arrives the next day.

Never had any issues with Franking Sense, they are always professional and always keep in contact in relation to wanting supplies.

Was sold a dream by a very good salesman, in reality the service is shocking, no responses to emails, they don't understand the products which you have purchased from them and they don't seem to know what they are doing. I am not going to go into details and highlight individuals as there must be a problem with the training which has been provided to the staff.
A manager did come back to me and resolve all of my issues, since then I have had no service issue.

They have been a real struggle to deal with. Very poor support all round. Even simple stuff like password resetting doesn't work

Not a great experience, promised to buy us out of our current contract but over 3 months in they still haven't paid...despite numerous chases and promises that it will be paid we still haven't received it.

It's a shame that there is no option for zero stars. I have just finished my 6 year long contract with this shoddy company. When I tried to finish my contract, they told me it was 6 months' notice. Then I was told it was 3 months. They have since charged me rental until this August even after they have already taken the machine away. It took 3 attempts to arrange collection of the machine as they just wouldn't listen to the fact that we work part-time.
The communication amongst staff at the business is shockingly bad - even though I have most of my communications on one thread, they answered back in haste with WRONG information. I have asked for confirmation that the overcharge of rent has been cancelled and I have asked for the Managing Director's contact details to be able to complain. I have received nothing back in way of confirmation.

After emailing Franking Sense and explaing the situation, I was quickly contacted and offered a full refund which arrived within a day, so probably best to contact by email, I'm happy with the outcome nd would use again.

Called nearly 2 weeks ago re a fault Still not fixed.
I call nearly daily the same old story waiting for answer from the post. Just not good enough
