This is the worse service ever
This is the worse service ever. I explained I needed these urgently ordered a mylar piece on July 19th and has yet to arrive. It took them 3 days to process as they did not have a tube? Seriously now I have to supply my client with a FREE JOB because of lack of communication on their part. All I got was I am sorry, but it's out of our hands now?

I got 3 large custom stencils made & they all turned out beautifully! Service was quick and very responsive. They answer their phone & helped me figure out details for my custom stencils! The stencils were made next day and mailed quickly.

I called to ask what material would be…
I called to ask what material would be best for the intended application. I explained in detail how, and how frequently we would be using the stencil, along with the fact that I intended to use the ink roller cartridges supplied by National Stencil. The CSR that I spoke with recommended ABS plastic. The ink in the roller cartridges DISSOLVED the plastic to the extent that the letters were no longer discernible. This after only 80 uses. Major fail, and very disappointed.

I am sorry your experience was less than incredible. The fast dry ink is a problem with any material other than metal/brass. If you had to have an ink that would dry on a non porous material, a metal stencil is what you would need for long term. The metal stencil is at least double the cost. Again, I do apologize for your order.

Great experience from beginning to end
The site made it easy to create the stencils my customer needed for their jobsite. We were able to preview the font and the size before purchasing which was awesome. We were able to choose the material of the stencil we wanted. Their customer service rep Shanna even reached out to me to confirm my order was correct after I submitted it, and if it had not been for Shanna, there would have been a huge mistake on my part by inadvertently ordering the 2 separate stencils as one double lined stencil.
