Awful customer experience. Made excuses, tried to deflect and I had to ring up and complain about the service. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO ONE OF THESE GARAGES. I have never written a bad review until now, I feel so strongly that they are complete rip off merchants.

Couldn't get a mobile service for 3 days. Left work early to be there for the 6-8pm slot. No-one turned up. No phone call/email/no apology. Eventualy got through to someone who assured me I'd be contacted first thing the next morning. 10.30am still no contact. I phoned. Someone would get back to me to rearrange. Didn't. So now, two days after they should have changed the tyres, but haven't, we have to hire a car for the weekend. Totally rubbish service.

Thank you to the Manager of St. Cross! He really went out of his way to help me and advise me on my car! Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend this company.

I found the website easy to use, however when booking a date it said available next day but when you went to the calendar it was two days?

Visited the Winchester store on Wednesday morning for a non standard 335/35/22 tyre, other places had said they couldn’t get hold of one incl National Tyres however the team managed to source, obtain and fit a new tyre with 5 hours of my initial visit.
Absolutely above and beyond on customer service. Would highly recommend.

It was such a good deal and we can make the payments in 3 months time which is more helpful for those who can’t make the payment in full straightaway.

Easy to book and fitting completed on time

My appointment was for 4pm and I arrived on time and the garage was busy. But 45 mins later my car was fitted with two new front tyres. They have a good system in place clearly so nobody is going to wait a long time. Nice staff too. Will not be beaten on price of tyres either. Highly recommend.

I purchased two tyres on Monday at nearly £600 and two more identical tyres at £630 not sure how you calculate prices or reward loyalty but seems very strange!

Quick, easy, helpful.

The booking process was relatively easy. It did however advise me to arrive 10 minutes before my appointed time. This was reiterated in a text message. However for my 8.30am appointment bollards prevented my access to the premises despite lights being on in the premises and I had to go round the block to kill time. I was advised that the bollards are only removed at 8.30 as they are only insured from that time. If this is so the message should additionally read '(unless your appointment is at opening time)'.

I was sent a message telling me to arrive 10 mins early, which I did, the centre was not open and the car park blocked off. The workshop is in the city centre on a busy road so no other parking available. Drove around until the appointment time, still not open. Rang the number, no answer. Taken the money, not provided a service, now missed valuable work time for no reason. Very poor

Really simple to find the tyre I need and book a fitting appointment. Also a very reasonable price.

Today went to National tyres to change tyres but but when i reach there wilth my confirmation email of booking they told me that it will take another two days. It was waste of time and fuel.
