Terrible service, or should I say lack of.
Booked car in for tyres online, paid extra for time slot, that time slot was cancelled, second time slot cancelled, went in a third time but no luck. Not once did I receive an apology. Had to request a refund and go elsewhere as needed the car for a long journey the next day. LTC tyres came to the rescue with a proper service. Will probably wait for a week for the refund to come through no doubt. Avoid!

Booked in to Stourbridge depot by phone my Mercedes for wheel alignment check as it had just had new rear subframe fitted. Asked how much and told £55. Took car in and was asked front wheel alignment? No, rear wheel alignment. Oh that's £97. Going away in 2 days time so I said OK. Car on ramp and set up, 25 minutes later told we can't do it because it needs a special tool which we have but can't find. One fitter off today and maybe he has it. Will not use them again. Drove round the corner to Kwik Fit- did job straightaway -35 minutes job done-full report and £10 cheaper!!!!! Brilliant.

Utterly disappointing.
Issued PCN while car in garage for MOT and these morons are not bothered .

While going through previous reviews many has this bad experience and still going on..
It seems con people there are having illicit connection with parking team for looting customers.
How can one trust these conmen for major car works if they do this to a comparatively cheaper MOT?. Shame on you who work there. It's better you go for some robbery.

Booked a slow puncture repair at Stourbridge National Tyre centre. Dropped car off, went back 30 mins later. They said it doesn't have a puncture, they think the valve is leaking but it's a TPMS valve. Right, so obviously I still need it fixed so I said, ok, are you saying I need to get a dealer to do it (as in the official car manufacturer dealer), the response to which was 'yes'.

I then told them that I did find a piece of metal (like a nail) stuck in the tyre but I guess you would have seen that when you looked at the inside of the tyre? Response was 'oh, we didn't look inside, we 'just know' (from seeing if there are any bubbles by spraying a solution on the tyre). That's fair enough, but looking on-line, slow punctures don't always produce bubbles because they are ... well, slow...

So I get home, google TPMS replacement to find out more and what pops up - National Tyre, we do TPMS service and replacement! Well, I'm confused now. Clearly Stourbridge don't because they sent me away?

So do National Tyre fix TPMS valves or not? Let's see if the Marketing department know......

Very helpful and flexible.
I had a bad puncture and was recovered by AA. I contacted branch on route and they directed me to what tyres they had in stock for my vehicle and size. I purchased on line at best price and when i arrived with AA they fitted tyre immediately and quickly. I was back on the road within 15 minutes of arrival. Made a stressful incident much less painful.
I have used the stourbridge branch on numerous occasions and always been pleased with the service. This occasion was no exception.

Booked my tyres online, got a great discount and it was easy....
One star deducted as I chose my tyres by Economy, wet and noise but the same tyres are rated very differently on all other tyre sites, including the Halfords one (same company)!!!

Booked online with a time slot of 1pm on the 4th May
Returned at half three, when I was told to, to find my car hadn't moved...
The excuse? We've been busy!
If I hadn't entered into the 3 months interest free agreement I would have cancelled.
It's now nearly 5pm as I write this and I'm still waiting whilst listening to one employee yapping on his mobile phone.
I've used this company a lot in the past but It's fair to say I will not be a returning customer.... It's all gone very downhill.... Awful service

quick attention given and speedy battery change while I waited and at a decent price compared to other suppliers

I phoned same day I placed my order to change the time from 12.00 to 2.00pm all agreed on the phone, turned up and they said my appointment was 12 and I said well whoever I spoke with when booked changed it to 2pm , this wasn’t done , then said if I waited an hour after booking at 2 he would take an hour to fit and balance 4 tyres , what a joke maybe he could do with retraining. Absolutely disgraceful.

So easy to do online I paid for my service and mot over 12 months as Christmas and not starting a job until mid Jan, really helpful in getting My car mot and service without big upfront cost , payment assist online means its all set up and paid and bo forms to do instore like the other car garages brilliant for me I used before for 4 brand new tyres aswell to keep car in safe condition
